Closed and locked doors more then 15 minutes prior to closing time...I literally walked here to buy one of those Jump Start things because my car wouldn't start...Sign says they close at 9

Bought a cabin air filter and oil filter. Website says parts fit the car. Cabin air filter didn’t fit, so I tried to return it. Store rep refused the return because I had lost the receipt. Had to call customer service (4/5 too) to get the transaction info. The rep was snarky even after the I got all the info for the return. This is the closest auto parts store but I’ll probably never go here again.

Don’t waste your time, they have no idea what they’re doing and lack basic car knowledge. I’m a mechanic and the girl sounded so confident in what she was telling me, but it was completely wrong. I’m not sure who trained her, but she’s going to ruin someone’s vehicle. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Beyond slow. The Hispanic women only help other Hispanics. They see you need assistance, turn and walk away. No automotive knowledge. Used to be a good place when Freddie, Armando and others worked there. Save yourself a headache and go to the Columbia location. COMPLETELY incompetent. Declined return of an unopened gasket saying the item was not refundable. Pointed to the sign above the cashier's head that clearly stated "opened gaskets are not eligible for refund". Was told "sorry, there's nothing we can do". Shop Rockauto and Amazon instead. Less hassle and way better prices anyways.

Ordered a rear wiper from this location. The employee said they don’t install the rear wiper. Store location is good. Parts are readily available. Customer service needs improvement.

Busy area but so inconvenient to have that time of store there a lot of truckers come off 95 and won't answer the truck stops of course what I came to the seafood market my car overheating and I needed a new tune for my coolant / Rainier and I live all the way in armpitas so it was convenient to have my boyfriend come down and find out what was wrong with my car and was able to use his business shop kin from parts and fix my car right in the parking lot to avoid it mean tone if I left it in the lot pretty cool guys

Came in to get my check engine light checked. Asked me to wait a few minutes because the store was kind of busy and he would come out and help me. Had me wait over 20 mins just to tell me to go to Dobbin center although they could’ve helped me. They made it a priority to help everyone else in the store as I patiently waited.

Whomever was working the phone at this location on the morning of 4/11/13 at 7:50 am provided the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received from a chain of this size. She was rude, impatient, inconsiderate, demeaning, and her phone etiquette was enough to make me never want to spend another dollar with this auto parts store and to also tell my friends (and fellow google users) to take their business elsewhere.

They told me they didn't know how to look up a transaction from another store for a car battery warranty claim and to come back the next day. I had a battery in hands and needed to get a ride as it was. I had all the information they needed. Not knowing how to do a simple task wasn't the main issue, it was their attitude. The older gentleman looked and sounded like he was upset that I came into the store and interrupted his YouTube videos. He didn't know what to do and got his coworker who also didn't know what to do. They turned me away and I said thats fine, I'll go to another Advance. He said "yeah, you can do that too." No apologies, just attitude. Went to Columbia and they took care of me and had a great experience. For now on, I'm driving the extra 10 mins past Jessup.

Went there today 3/2/23 pick up some spark plugs online I picked them up at 8am they were ready and the guy that helped me out was very helpful I wished I got his name because he looked out for I live right up the street so this has always been my go to but today that guy really looked out in a helpful way

I was there today and the maneger is complete not good she has not customer service I wish I can tell this to the owner of this store seriously she give me the worse service ever I will never recommend this store ever the maneger name is Emma and I ask her can i talk to the Maneger and she unswer me I'm the maneger I hope no body give her this service she can remember me

So I'm standing in line waiting to be checked out. Mind you, I'm the only customer in line. Two cashiers with no customers at the counter, one preoccupied with his register, and then there's, "DAVE!" Slumped over the counter preoccupied with his cellphone. So, as I'm standing in line waiting to be serviced staring at them both, the one cashier says, "DAVE!" as he looks in my direction. "DAVE" nonchalantly says as he looks in my direction, "YEAH, I SAW HIM." "DAVE" flicks his cellphone across the counter and asks, "CAN I HELP YOU?" So I proceeded to be serviced for my transaction, and he told me to have a nice day with a smile on his face as I walked out the door. I'm a minority business owner, president, and CEO. I take PRIDE, and I stand FIRM on the treatment of all my customers! "DAVE" is the prime example of an employee with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and, in my opinion, needs to be retrained in customer service and sensitivity skills. Mr. DAVE if you were an employee of mine, you would be written up and WARNED for any future occurrences would be grounds for TERMINATION! Mr. DAVE, may you have a nice day as well!
