I was here at 10 mins before my scheduled 6.00am delivery and it’s now 10am and still at the door all because of counting they say. I was assigned a door right at 6am but it baffles me why it would take 4hrs and more to unload me. Never again will I accept anything coming here. Respect for time should be their priority but i guess not. Don’t expect to be in and out in two hours at this location guys. Not gonna happen.

Would give zero stars if I could. Drivers, avoid at all costs. Insane lumper fees, ridiculously slow, bad attitudes, poor communication.

Went in for warranty service on a vacuum cleaner. Had exceptional service from Chris the Service Manager and left with a working vacuum. Would happily return as a customer at the Machine Shop there.

The Lumper guy doesn’t have customer service skill. He s very rude. In addition, My appointment was 12pm and I got here 15 early. They started unloading at 2:30.

Check in was smooth and the lumber guys were nice…quick unload…forget all that negative comments…easy stuff

Very bad place you need 10 hours to unload + lumber 400yo 500 no over night park very bad very slow if you have other pick up forget

The low score is because they charge $480 for a lumper fee. Thats robbery.

Never make deal with this business. You will stuck here forever. I was waiting 6 hours for be unloaded. Lumber fee $480.
