Chi is the best ever! She knows the customers and is very good at her job. She knows the business inside/out. It's a shame that she no longer works at this location. A true asset.

Watch out for the Asian woman, not only does she have the ugliest attitude, I am almost certain she purposely misplaced/threw away my letters. They both never made it to their destinations and they were going in opposite directions and one was my life insurance premium! Even my 4 year old commented on how mean and rude she was, but if anything good came out of the encounter, it was a good example on how not to act. If she is working whenever I need something, I will turn around and walk out, I refuse to be in her company again.

Unprofessional and terrible communication skills. When a customer returns a package the USPS had delivered to a completely different address then listed on the labels, you do not yell at them from the go. You either apologize for the inconvenience or you thank them for going out of their way to return it to a USPS location.

I have nothing positive to say about the service at this post office. Staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention per their policy, they will not deliver packages to your house if your driveway is more then a half mile. Also guaranteed overnight or set delivery time ... oh well guess you get your money back because they took three days on an overnight package. And complaining does no good because they have the “oh well” attitude and do not actually provide a service.

Everyone employed at Jefferson MD USPS is friendly and offers up great customer service. If I lived elsewhere in the county, I'd drive to this branch for my mailing needs.

Chi one of my favorites was helping today. Sarcastic but always with the bright side in mind. I thank her for her patients with me. As I was not fully prepared. Going the extra mile seems natural for Chi! Great job Jefferson Post Office

I have never been treated so rude from the Chinese lady that works at this location!! She clearly hates her job and customers and is extremely sarcastic and belittling to customers!!! I had my 18 year old niece with me and she was shocked!! This woman needs fired!

It seem that the USPS is not able to perform a task with processional business. I have been asked to fill a online survey of customer service that was not a valid link. I have called a P.O. to have a pic for passport and they told me the camera was broke to go to CVS for they had no time line on repair.I can not have packages delivered to my home for what ever reason depending on the day and who you ask. I dont get notifications on delivery attempts with mail sitting in the P.O. . Now I have a package from MD to CO and it is bouncing around the us from east to west to south to who knows next.It is a no brainier to see why the P.O. can not support its self with this type of management.
