Byron and his guys did concrete resurfacing around our pool and then a concrete overlay. Everything turned out amazing! We're beyond satisfied with their work. Very high quality work and we would recommend them to anyone. They weren't supposed to be at our residence until August but he got us worked in sooner, which was great. We contacted Tri State Coatings to rehab our 30 year old concrete pool deck and walkway. Byron offered helpful recommendations, set clear and realistic expectations, and quoted specific prices with a helpful breakdown of costs that allowed us to make an informed decision. The crew showed up as agreed, did an excellent and very professional job with our concrete overlay, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. We’re very happy with the result! And we got a call from Byron this evening just to ensure we were happy with the outcome! We’ll definitely be contacting them for future projects!

Called them early in the week. Told me they would be here Friday between 9AM and 10AM. It is now 10:30 and they have not showed up. Did not even have the courtesy to call. I have better things to do than sit here all day and wait.

They did a great job 4 years ago resurfacing our 49 year old concrete, but I recently tried contacting them for almost a month through emails and voicemails to reseal the concrete. They never even acknowledged my messages.

We had our concrete resurfaced about 5 years ago and it looked great. However I have been trying to reach them recently because it needs to be recoated and cannot get a call back. Very frustrating!

I had a screened in porch and patio that I wanted coated. I also wanted the patio extended. Tri-state recommended a quality concrete pourer/finisher to extend my patio. After the patio was extended, they showed me multiple samples and helped me coordinate colors/designs. John, Jerry and their crew were very professional and responsive. Most work of this type looks great when it is freshly applied but the real test is the test of time. Seven years ago we had our porch and landing step coated by Tri-State. Yesterday as I enjoyed the warm evening it occurred to me that the quality of finish looks just as it did when the work was completed back in 2010. I appreciate the quality of the job and would recommend Tri-State Concrete Coatings, Inc highly.
