Custom concepts replaced our nearly 40 year old windows and wood siding with provia windows and hardie siding.
We had an outstanding experience with this company. From the estimate by Mike to the material delivery to the project execution and cleanup through the punch list everything was carefully thought out and professionally executed with timely and clear communications. Any possible complications were masterfully resolved by our experienced crew lead by Jose. The team was incredibly polite and conscientiousness and the workmanship was above board. Every little detail like window caulking was well executed and they took care to cleanup at the end of each day and also took care to protect our deck and shrubs around the house.
Throughout the process, Danny and Katherine were very patient with answering my many questions and we very much appreciated their being always a step ahead.
In the last four years we’ve had a number of contractors working inside and outside of our house and this company stands out as being a cut above the rest. We also appreciate that they really care about their employees which is so important in ensuring safety and comfort. We are so very pleased with custom concepts. We would use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to neighbors and friends and colleagues.

Very professional contractor. We just had a full exterior replacement done and we love it! The craftsmanship is outstanding and it turned out better than expected. We love our home more every time we pull in the driveway! Danny kept us informed every step of the way, great communication. All our neighbors are impressed, we highly recommend CCC!

We did our due diligence and got quotes from several contractors. Custom Contractors was the most professional and easiest to work with. Their estimate was extremely detailed and they actually came in lower than the other contractors. Our experience during the project (windows & siding) was great. They were very friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. I enthusiastically recommend them for windows and siding work.

Custom Concepts did an outstanding job replacing the siding, gutters, trim, and windows on my house. Danny and Katherine were responsive and detailed, and clear with their pricing. The house looks wonderful and the workmanship was excellent--Juan and his team did great work, and were professional and courteous, and stuck to the schedule. Any change order processes were simple, straightforward, and fair. I would highly recommend Custom Concepts.

Mike Swank, Katherine Harper and Danny Harper make up an amazing team over at Custom Concepts. Exceptional attentiveness to us, our questions, and project possibilities. We started our inquiry with them awhile back, considering Hardie siding + insulation + windows. Mike came over in person to view the property and was very knowledgeable about old homes (ours is 1915). He provided a very detailed quote with all costs clearly laid out, and he was attentive to numerous questions we had about preserving the look of our windows and other house details we did not want to lose. He also provided multiple estimates for various siding options. Ultimately, we ended up going with just a major window replacement project at this time (12 windows replaced). I researched and got quotes from several companies, for both siding and windows. I was worried about going with one of the big, national window companies, because I wanted proper installation on a house where nothing is square, and I had heard horror stories about poor installation on old houses (plus the quotes I got didn’t seem honest or straightforward with the other companies). Custom Concepts is a bit more expensive than the big window companies I got estimates from, but the price is still well-aligned, and the service and quality of work were beyond worth it. They installation team was exceptional too. And the cleanup during and after the project was outstanding. We will be back when we are ready for our next exterior project. The close up pic was of the impeccable caulking and fit of our windows. Our old house feels much less drafty.

I had Custom Concepts replace the siding, gutters, trim, and doors on my house and shed that were originally built in 1900. I know this was an incredibly challenging project for the team but the results are stunning. Everyone I worked with from the office staff to the work crews were friendly, patient, and responsive.Danny was the project manager and he was such a pleasure to work with. He would always be available by phone or email. He also had great suggestions of how to make the house look even better. He came back several times after most of the work was completed to make sure no trash or debris was left on my property.

The team was so professional, kind, on-time, and clean...and the window install, trim, and siding is incredible! I don't know how we didn't do this sooner - truly not a spot out of place. They were also incredibly considerate of customers while they worked. Thank you, Danny and team!

We had worked with Custom Concepts on our roof several years ago, and just worked with them on window replacements. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The entire team was responsive and went out of their way to be helpful before the work even started. The crew arrived promptly, was very diligent and kept the areas clean, and answered all questions. Excellent all-around.

The only word I need to use to describe this company is professional. From the initial site visit to discuss the estimate, the follow up visits for further discussions, and then the actual work and follow up after the work was finished, everything was just very professional. We replaced old wood siding with Hardie board, and Custom Concepts did an amazing job of it. It looks like a new home. We were incredibly pleased with the quality of the work.

Best contractor I have ever worked with. To say custom concepts is a pleasure to work with is an understatement. They did the siding around my entire house and installed James Hardie Plank. Beautiful work, great attention to detail, extremely trustworthy. No upcharging or issues with change orders, no shady business at all. I really did not have to babysit, these guys do flawless work. They were such a pleasure, from the owners to every single worker at the house. Simply the best!! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I loved working with custom concepts! We worked with Danny last summer to install Hardie Plank on our entire house exterior. The entire process was smooth, the cost was reasonable, and Danny was happy to advise and add additional scope to the project as we went along. The team installed an exterior door, and replaced the screens on our screen porch and even created a whole new doorway and installed two new screen doors! The worksite was always cleaned up and organized at the end of the day. Danny also kindly met with our exterior painter who would paint the trim along the siding once completed. I contracted Custom Concepts to install James Hardie siding on my house, and they did an amazing job! From my earliest discussions with Mike Swank in planning the project through subsequent implementation supervised by Danny Harper, the company fully met and often exceeded all expectations, which were already high given the recommendation I received from neighbor who hired the company to remodel the exterior of their home and install new windows. The original proposal was detailed and clear, leaving no room for hidden costs later in the project. I especially liked that the company was able to do all of the work needed for the project (wood repair, siding, window replacement, new gutter, painting, and lighting installation). During the execution of the work, the team worked efficiently and always on schedule. The siding crew and painters were highly skilled, and they diligently cleaned the site at the end of every work day. I greatly appreciated their erecting a temporary barrier to accommodate my dog who needed to use the backyard while they were working. Customer service was outstanding! Danny was easily accessible by phone and called back usually within minutes if I had any questions or concerns. If there was anything that needed his attention, no matter how small, he ensured that it was addressed as soon as possible. I would definitely use this company again for any other exterior renovation work, and will continue to recommend them (I already received glowing reports from those who ultimately hired the company on the basis of my recommendation).Services: Window installation
