“Great location on Patrick St for fast same day service. Chris Naylor, the service manager is excellent. Very efficient and accurate estimates. Work is always done right the first time. Great used cars too. Bought several here and was never disappointed with a lemon or even a lime. Warranty packages are worth it if you drive a lot or are hard on your car. Tire prices are competitive. Service bays are located on 7-11 side of the building. You park in the lot on that side and go through the service door to the left of the garage doors. Service and the parts desk is right there. This location is set for a remodel by the end of summer 2023.”

“We had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Fitzgerald Collision due to an unexpected encounter with a mailbox (mailbox 1, Tahoe 0). From the moment we called, to schedule an estimate appointment, we had a great experience. Matt was able to schedule us quickly, and the day we came in for the estimate, Erica and Ben took great care of us. Ben walked us through the estimate, as well as the timeline for repairs. Ben even arranged to have the vehicle cleaned up some prior to the repairs occurring since there was a delay between getting the estimate and drop off for repairs. Erica was very friendly and professional. She took the time to communicate with us every step of the way. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but that was due to backordered parts, which was out of Fitzgerald Collisions control. Despite the inconvenience, we appreciated that Erica communicated transparently with us. In the end, our vehicle repairs were completed sooner than expected (bonus) and were of great quality. Highly recommend!”
“I struck a deer in my 2016 Ford Escape. Handled the claim through All State insurance which is in my opinion the best insurance company out there. Dan's Auto Body handled the estimate and repairs. DAB kept me informed during the repair process and did a great job returning my car to pre-accident condition. Like everything in the post Covid economy there were a few delays. “ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2023, Herberth was my hero!! I managed to drive over those concrete blocks at the head of a parking space (just one) and dislodged some clips underneath the car. It then started to make "a racket," and I was worried that the cost would run into the thousands of dollars. But no...pleasant surprise!Herberth, a mechanic, put it up on the lift and fixed my car in less than a half hour. When I asked what the bill would be, he said"no charge." I owe the man a nice tip.
