Parts department is absolutely clueless and a rip off. Spoke over the phone about the price of a part and what comes with it just to drive 2 hours for them to change the price and the parts order. DO NOT GO HERE!

We had a great experience buying a used work van! Expecting to spend the entire day in a car dealership, we were extremely surprised when Adam had the van ready for a test drive and we were in it within minutes of arriving to the dealership and we were leaving with a car that same afternoon. The process with both Adam and Vinny was quick and painless and they were wonderful to work with.

Always a good sales experience but service experience has not lived up to expectations. Lug nuts not tightened on a routine tire rotation resulted in a ruined wheel and a tow back to the service center. The egregious mistake could have easily caused an accident or bodily harm. Was promised free synthetic oil changes and tire rotations for my vehicle’s life as restitution for the dangerous mistake but new service personnel are challenging continuation. Still waiting for a return communication from the service manager to confirm that Keene is going to live up to the services promised.
Got a call from service management a few days after posting this review stating that Keene’s general manager has approved continuation of free full synthetic oil changes and tire rotations for the remaining life of my vehicle. Dealerships need to honor their promises and I am appreciative.

Took my Hornet in for an oil change, they didn’t put it back together right. I’ve had a hum with my tires and I asked for them to take a look. Was told just get a set of tires never once was it relayed from service to the people checking me out the proper information, the service manger seemed as if he couldn’t even be bothered that something had happened. Kept telling me that he didn’t know what could have been put on wrong, not to even mention that when I was in I was charged $80 for a TRUCK to get a oil change and then told oh that’s not your ticket. Yours is $90 and the older man at the service deck was snapping at everyone. This was just a horrific experience. Not what I’d expect from a “certified dodge Dealer”

They were prompt and courteous. They fixed one of my tires that had picked up 3 nails with patches and didn't charge me for this service. I was able schedule my appointment online and they took me right away.

These mechanics are pretty good. So if you need warranty work yes go here.....if you need to pay for a repair go somewhere else or do it yourself if you know how, dealer prices are just flat out robbery...275 bucks plus tax to change the auxiliary battery on my jeep wrangler was the quote, found battery online for 42 bucks and did it myself in 30 minutes!
