I have taken equipment in for service a couple of times, and they never come close to the promised finished date. They missed it by weeks!. The last time my zero turn went in, I was told it needed a flat tire repair. It was sitting in my garage fine for a week with 4 good tires when it went onto their truck to take it to the shop! I had checked the air pressure 1 day before it left.
The place just feels off. Strange vibe.
I'm not taking any more equipment to them for repairs unless I can wait 60 to 90 days to get it back. After complaining about several issues, they gave me a break on the cost for the repairwhich was appreciated. It also acknowledged their problems.
The bottom line is to avoid my frustration.
Unfortunately, with my past experiences with Jack's Small Engines, I can't recommend going there. Sales are great, but the service needs way too much improvement to get my business again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, ESPECIALLY FROM AMAZON
I ordered a $2000 heater through Amazon, to be shipped out by Jacks small engine, it was supposed to be here by the 14th.. it is the second one we've ordered to be speed out by Jacks, Amazon nor Jacks have any info on it and it's going to snow this weekend it is the 18th..I called jacks and the man was rude and said to call Amazon which I already did.. I'm trying to get the routing number.. which Jack's should have since they are the ones who sent it, but nope.. and the Shipping Company said they don't have my name or the heater in their records.. that's my $2000 and I've been waiting a month.. because the first one got lost in transit...
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, ESPECIALLY FROM AMAZON..I will be writing this review on Amazon too

I highly recommend Jacks Small Engines for all your equipment needs. They were one of the few companies online that carried the fan assembly part I needed for my Troy-Bilt Jet Blower. The item on their website included the correct photos as well as information that let me know the fan assembly was compatible with my Troy-Bilt model number. Once I made the purchase, the item shipped and arrived quickly to my address. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again in the future. Thank you Jacks Small Engines for taking care of me and my order!

Love their website you get a diagram of your mower click on the parts you need...I got 3 parts less than 5 days delivered to Georgia...Go Dawgs...all parts were correct mower running like new ...I will be using them in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JACKS!!! Sent me a USED generator when I bought NEW and told me "It must have been a return we never checked" how nice! They do not care about customer service and will send you used products when you order new ones!

I ordered a bagger for a lawn mower a month ago. When I received the box, someone had removed parts from the contents, which rendered the bagger worthless. Instead of offering a different solution when I brought it to their attention, I spent 3 weeks to get a parts list that is on backorder for another 30 days.

I phoned in my order yesterday and was assured that it would be out for delivery immediately. I just received my order and it was packaged securely. I basically received my order overnight. I've ordered from Jack's before and have always been satisfied with their staff. They are knowledgeable, informative and patient. I highly recommend them also because of their pricing and shipping.

I ordered a part on line, and it didn't fit my machine. In order to return the part, I had to pay for shipping both ways. I will not order anything from them again. Their return policy stinks.

I want to highly recommend Jack’s Small Engines for anyone looking for affordable parts and service. I was recommended to them by my mower mechanic who was booked into July leaving me no choice but to do a job myself. The customer service was great. They took my exact model and serial number of mower and got the exact OEM
replacement transmission drive belt for my
mower which is now back up and running. I’ll be using them for any and all small engine parts and repair in the future!
