Refill the receipt paper,Three months later, still no receipt paper. Go to the Carroll fuel down the way, they seem to be able to have clean and well stocked pumps.

The staff here is great but the district manager I believe he’s the one that over looks the highs all around he’s a worthless person only reason he is where he is because his dad is a higher up I believe… sad we live in a world where you just get a job because of daddy and you don’t have to work for it and you especially don’t have to be good at what you do apparently, look at the Madonna store…. He obviously dose not know the first thing on running stores highs is slowly getting worse and a lot of the community believes it’s because of him.

I stopped in to get lottery ticket they only have the self service machines these are ok for some people but definitely not senior citizens they can be confusing to use . as I went to machine I noticed a older lady at machine she seemed to be having problems the store had 2 employees and only 3 customers all for lottery the employees did not greet as you entered and did not seem to care what was going on beyond the counter the lady apologized to me I said your fine then I seen she was nervous as well as confused on how to purchase the tickets I helped her get her tickets she was so thankful I purchased mine and as I'm leaving the same lady is getting coffee she asked the employees for lids the one says there right behind you he never offered to help her she obviously was struggling as well as having difficulty walking I offered to help she was embarrassed & said she was ok I had a voucher I was only one at counter as the woman sat on milk crate never acknowledging me she finally says I'll be with you in a minute this was not a good experience & I found it sad that 2 employees who were not busy & could clearly see the lady would chose to ignore it maybe they need to go through a customer service training class maybe this will remind them of what their jobs as customer service associates duties are and without customers they wouldn't have jobs . It t broke my heart to see this lady struggle & nervously shaking if it was one of their family members or friends I'm sure they would be angry please people pay attention

I visit this store atleast 5 times a week. The store is always clean and the staff is always great. The manager is absolutely wonderful!!

Had an awful experience here. Young girl was completely rude and was obvious she didn’t want anyone shopping there, also sitting around at the counter eating food! Super unprofessional!

Stopped by this Highs store for some gas on my way to the next job. But since I can't resist their ice cream I had to grab myself a couple scoops of chocolate (my favorite) hand dipped ice cream. Delicious!. And the customer service is definitely good here too, very friendly people here.
