We took our camper there to get worked on. The man said he could do the job but had to wait on parts. It's been a month since we heard from them. I've called to see what was up but I never get a return call. I wouldn't recommend these folks at all. Very poor customer service.

Dons automotive has been great to my family and I. My mom and step-dad both have most their work done there. He's always been very honest to us, he never tries to add extra work on for us, and usually tries to find the most affordable route to fix what's wrong with the vehicle.Sometimes there is a wait to get your car in, but I have all my bigger mechanical work needed , that's not covered under my dealer warranty her,. It's worth the wait if your able to!Thanks everyone at Don's for keeping our cars safe and vehicles moving!

I've been to Dons twice in the past 9 months, each time I've dealt with Scott. Right before Christmas, Someone was parking and hit my 2 year old truck on the rear and side. They stayed with my truck and notified me they were the one who damaged my truck (there are still decent people in the world). Dons did the repair and it looked as good as new. The repairs were done quickly. They also cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. That was an added bonus since I have two young kids who make a constant mess in my truck.Fast Forward 7 months and a tree fell on my truck as we were driving through rock State Park. Luckily, no one was hurt. I had it immediately towed straight to Don's. I got in touch with Scott and he was great to work with again. He even advocated for me when the insurance adjuster missed a few additional repairs. He called a few places over the course of the week for several weeks to get one part that was on back order. I feel like he went above and beyond. I just got my truck back and it looks like brand new. And again,they cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. Hopefully my truck won't need body work ever again, , but if it does, I'd take it back to Scott at Dons. I have no complaints with them at any point in the process. Scott was good at communicating the status of the repair and according to my insurance adjuster, was great to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Don's! We've had work done here several times over the years but recently brought our old truck in for quite a few items on the to-do list. Mike was awesome and helped us get everything set up, and Ron did great work on the truck. He was so thorough and meticulous -- a true professional who knows what he's doing. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics nowadays but these guys are the real deal. We wouldn't want to take our vehicles anywhere else!

Don’s Automotive is a great and trustworthy business that you don’t have to worry about. The mechanics they have working there are very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been dealing with Don’s for over 15 years!! I will always have my vehicles serviced or repaired with them. Motorcycle Inspection,notified me of what I would need to pass the inspection. I needed to get a rear brake switch, and one reflector was off of the bike. I had the reflector, they said if I picked up a brake switch they could help me with it.Very nice people, friendly service, pleasure to work with. Didn't even charge me for swapping out my brake switch.Service: General repairs & maintenance
