“Stopped by this Highs store for some gas on my way to the next job. But since I can't resist their ice cream I had to grab myself a couple scoops of chocolate (my favorite) hand dipped ice cream. Delicious!. And the customer service is definitely good here too, very friendly people here.”

“I love this store! Clean and always welcoming. Today I was helped at the self checkout and was treated with respect and caring by the man behind the counter. I have ordered food ahead several times and instead of it being cold on the shelf, they always hold mine in the heated area until I get there. I go to numerous Royal Farms and this store is the one that treats me the best! Keep it up team!”

“Food: I am a big fan of Wawa's salads & pretzels. They're not pricey for the amount you receive. The salads are crunchy has yet to be soggy, I believe if you buy some more protein it could be equivalent to 2 meals.
Service: I am a self service type of person. I love the option to order on a kiosk and self-checkout. They're many kiosks so it's a you help them help you type of ordeal. They are quick with what they do, no more than 5 - 10 minutes when it's packed.
Atmosphere: Clean & Organized. Nothing is all over the place, I love the openness as well.”
“Visited on 08.23.2024, unlike TOO many other RoFo I have visited, this location was very clean on the outside!!! Most stores seem to not care. The employees were very friendly and both the cashier and the person working the food counter greeted us in the store. Chicken was especially tasty, as well.”
“The employees at 7-11 are so sweet especially Tracy she always makes sure you get what you came in for plus more she always has a smile on her face and she make everyone that comes in the store feels welcome I’m so happy knowing when I come in she’s always there the company did a good job hiring her”

“Placed an order for fried chicken to be picked up for Easter dinner. Absolutely delicious. Waited a few minutes and was offered coffee while I waited. Was served hot wonderful chicken already plated. So worth the wait. Definitely worth the cost for the convenience. Very friendly team.”

“This is the King of all Wawas. I have never received anything but the best food and service from this location. This isn't some regular fast food stop, what you see on the menu is what you get from the kitchen.”
“The new manager, Mike, has truly turned this store around and down a great job training/re-training the employees. Customer service is so much better, the store itself smells and looks clean now, the floor isnt sticky anymore, the coffee no longer tastes burnt, food tastes fresher and is regularly re-stocked, all around a better store. We are regulars and at one point had almost given up going here but we are now glad we didn't! The team there now is doing great! Happy to see this store thriving.”

“This is my coffee spot ever morning. The night and morning staff are the best. There the first people I see everyday. I know the coffee is fresh and exactly the same daily. I occasionally stop in after work for a coffee at that time coffee is old and staff not so great.”

“While it is not an Exxon anymore but a Sunoco, it will take some time for yelp to make the changes to the company that it is. Sunoco gas stations work exactly as they should be working with pumping gas and giving receipts. So far I haven't been to a machine that has been out of paper for receipts yet which means that the employees are keeping up with the times and keeping the machines stocked.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”

“Each time I come into the store the staff greet me as if I’m an old friend. The pharmacy staff know me by name and really give it the small-town feel. Navigating through the healthcare jungle is treacherous these days but the staff here are always there to help.”

“My wife and I have been customers of this 7-11 for over 40 years, since we were kids. My brother and several good friends have worked there over the years (one's still there) and the Hefner's have always been there for Fallston, whether you need a cup of coffee before you blast down the back roads to 695 or something to eat at 3AM when you forget to go to the grocery store, fair weather or foul (they were the only place that stayed open during the Blizzard of '78). I have a lot of good memories of our 7-11. It's one of the last places left that still feels like home around here.”

“My interactions have only been with the pharmacy, and everyone has been kind and helpful. They have to do something about the pharmacy hours though. If you work 9-5, and the pharmacy is only open from 10-6, and closed on the weekends, it’s next to impossible to pick up prescriptions without taking time off work. At least stay open until 7, or open on Saturdays.”
