“Great selection. There are a few items that are in short supply but expected considering the nationwide and worldwide shortage of certain items and parts. Very personable and they go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Will definitely be returning again for parts. They appear to have a service department but haven't yet needed these services yet. Overall a pleasant experience.”

“I had some issues with my last service appointment and was very unhappy. However as soon as the service manager Mike heard of my issues he called me and offered to compensate me for the problems I had. He was very helpful and receptive and I really appreciate him taking the time to reach out. Despite my problems, thanks to both him and the trustworthiness of the tech who works on my car, I will still be returning the dealership and have confidence that if any problems arise in the future that they will find a way to remedy them. “Probably the best and very reasonably priced euro automotive shop in Hartford and Baltimore counties. I took my modified BMW 3 series here for over 2 years for regular oil changes, coolant flushes, and brake fluid changes. Always top notch work and reasonable prices. I sold my car recently but I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants their Audi, VW , and BMW serviced by a reliable shop.”

They walked me through everything, got me an appointment set up, and kept me up to date as the work progressed. “Eric was amazing. A shop from OC MD replaced my alternator months ago. It turns out the alternator was defective and the shop got the alternator from a diff store. I was in my home town and turns out the shop was making shady returns and it said my alternator had already been returned which was not true. Eric managed to fix it and help me get my warranty return. As a single mom I am grateful on this holiday season.”
