Lived here over 40 yrs and have done business with them, from big custom jobs to petty things. And I have been rewarded with exemplary jewelry! They have always worked with me, to be sure I understood and got what I wanted. And have always been treated above and beyond!!!

This place is phenomenal! I recently purchased my engagement ring for my fiancé from here and couldn't be happier, and neither could she. My family has been coming to this business for decades (grandmother, uncle, and mother). I worked with Ken, who from the start was intentional, detailed, and knowledgeable. I had 2 family stones, from two different families and two different pieces of jewelry, which Ken was able to inspect and determine that there were compatible to be used together, as well as helped procure a third stone. That first day, I picked out the design as well. Next, he had a 3D print of the ring made and put the stones in it for a rough draft before crafting the custom piece of jewelry. He texted me updates regularly on the process as well as some pictures. They even resized the ring for free to ensure a proper fit after I had given them the wrong size.
This place was exactly what I was looking for when purchasing a custom engagement ring. I had very good, personal customer support that didn't make me feel like I was being preyed upon by a salesman. I didn't want to go to a chain jewelry store, I wanted a local place that focused on craftsmanship and customer service over a profit. They also had it appraised before I picked it up which was a plus.
If you are looking for custom jewelry, In House Jewelers must be considered!

Great jewelry store. They can make whatever you want if they don't have it in the store. Very talented jewelers. The service is absolutely amazing. They are competitively priced. I have been dealing with Matt & Scott since they opened. Won't go anywhere else.

Matt is an amazing jeweler. He spend time understanding our concepts and our vision for both rings and a necklace. His ability to translate those discussions into, first a 3D printed mold to review, and then the final product is top notch.. In House has earned our respect and will be our recommended / “go to” jewelers for all our needs. Highly recommend for custom or out of the display pieces!

Been coming to In House Jewelers for years for custom jewelry. Received another piece today hand-crafted by Matt Durante and he continues to amaze us with his creativity and craftsmanship.
