I love the Subway chain, but not this location. I've been there before and thought that the service was indifferent. In April 2024 I ordered a sub and presented the coupon I received in the mail. The worker told me that the coupon does not cover the sub that I ordered. I showed him the print where it indicated it does. He informed me that this location does not accept that coupon for the "order by #" items on the menu and that this is why you need to present the coupon prior to ordering.It seems to me that if they are not going to honor Subway coupons, that they should post a sign saying that.I will NOT go to this location again.

I made an online order my sandwich bread was burnt, the sandwich was not made like I asked. I should not have to go behind grown people and check if they did their job. Individuals need to have more training on attention to detail and actually read the online order request.

Unfortunately, the employee was very rude. Just take your business elsewhere because he doesn't want to serve minorities. A monthly later after a similar review by another customer and the same disrespectful attitude. The Bryans Rd location had a better attitude.

The male who made my sandwhich was rude and short. He might want to consider another line of work. I will not return to that subway location (Indian Head Hwy near NSWC Indian Head).

The workers here don't smile or greet you. The Lady making sandwiches is very unfriendly. I live in Indian Head, but I'll go to another location.

The older man in the store is very Rude as hellllll...UNACCEPTABLE ‼️ He should not be behind the counter at allllll with a attitude like that.I'm highly disappointed that SUBWAY have someone like this working... Customer Service is completely HORRIBLE‼️

I go there every now and then and each time I have to shake my head. First off, the place is clean and orderly. But, that's where it ends. When you order your sandwich there is a sheet of cardboard or something on the glass so you can't see the meats, etc. Move to the right to get your toppings, which you can see. You ask for lettuce and you might get a few pieces. I have to say "could you put more on it" several times and that goes for the other toppings as well! The end is where I ask for oil/vinegar and get maybe 1/2 squirt for the entire sandwich. Again, I have to ask for more several times because each time is tiny squirt. Aggravating to say the least. Might try the one in Bryan's Road next time. Can't be worse.Parking: Out front of subway

Never have any bread ready and horrible customer service. I would never go back again. I hope they close it down. Customer service is trash.

Upon walking in there is stale odor. The foreign woman and man are passive aggressive and down right rude. I would never spend my money at this location.

The older man that made my salad started out rude. I came to this location before and it was the same thing, although I thought he was having a bad day then. I see this is his normal demeanor for people of color as the two people behind me received better service as did the one in front of me. If you want great service go to the Subway in Bryan's Road. I won't be back to this location. And the salad portion was small and I was charged more!

My experience at this subway was great the first time the second time on 8/11/23 it was very unsatisfactory. The older gentleman that was making the sandwiches is very rude. He speaks with an accent so it’s difficult to understand him at times and when you don’t hear what he say the first time he gets upset he’s in a customer service environment. He needs to learn how to be more patient with people who may not understand him and respectful of people that are trying to understand his English. This was my second and very last time ever going to that Subway he may not lose one dollar for me not coming there but I will no longer be a customer there and I work right down the street from his restaurant. DO BETTER!!!!!!
