Great service. Shylah is a dog whisperer. My baby can be a bit intimidating. He will most definitely try to scare you, if he can. But she saw thru his bluff. Thank you. You all are awesome. Even when no one is looking.

(Translated by Google) Very good since I called to request an appointment, I was surprised that they have bilingual staff which I really appreciate and on the day of the review for my little 2 month old poodle they behaved very friendly although that day there was not the person who speaks Spanish, My husband accompanied me and I had no problem besides the schedules they handle are very convenient!

This is very expensive place. When they first re-opened 2 years ago, I wanted to give them a try because they are closer to my house than my current vet. I don't think I ever got out of there with a bill of less than $400. So we switched all our pets back to White Plains Animal Clinic and Dr. Pressman, where are very pleased with level expertise, care, compassion and cost. (He really is one of the nicest/best vets we've known). But here's what's really behind my one star rating. Somehow my Basset picked up mange on her ears. Dr. Pressman prescribed Nexgard - which is not a drug he carries, so he wrote me a prescription on standard prescription pad paper, with his signature. I can order it online, but that takes several days to get here and my dog is suffering. I called the money grubbing PAWS clinic, to see if they carry it and they won't honor a colleague's - licensed vet's - prescription! They insist on seeing the dog and charging a office visit to sell me what is essentially flea and tick medicine for a dog that has already been seen by a licensed vet! What total jerks!!

I just took my 17 year old cat here for the first time since Accokeek Animal Hospital is no longer open. They are very professional and friendly. The vet, Dr. Quigley, explained everything thoroughly and listed exactly what she wanted to do. She left it totally up to me how much of any that I wanted done. All prices were up front before anything was done. Nothing was pushed on me like some vets do. The facility was very clean also. As far as first visits are, this one was great! I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

My Pet Sitter referred me, and I absolutely loved the service received. From the time I entered to finish, the experience was very easy going. Sir Abbott (my 14-yr old male) has a little arthritis and was not feeling well, however, Dr. Parkin's was able to recognize symptoms, performed a few key test and provide medicine to add comfort. I also really appreciate that the staff, asst's. were able to answer all questions about natural remedies as well. I didn't feel rushed or hurried like they were eager to move on to the next patient. NOTE: this vet hospital is now called PAWS. thanks

Our dog got into a fight w our other dog and we were told numerous things in Arlington VA. We asked friends for referrals after her first pet visit and told she needs a board certified surgeon and immediate surgery. We were referred here by a K9 officer and extremely pleased. Not only is the treatment non surgical but realistic and not trying to add excessive and unnecessary costs. So now we drive from Arlington VA to bring our three dogs here. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I absolutely love the Vet Derrick! He always makes room in his busy schedule to fit us in when need-be. In addition, he knows we have a little daughter, and shares his son's toys with her! He is so sweet and compassionate! He really knows his stuff! I still drive an hour and half to see him and wouldn't dare switch!!
