“My tire blew on the side of the road while I was taking my son to daycare. Luckily Ben Nielson's was just about a block away. As my knowledge on anything dealing with cars is subpar, I couldn't even tell them where to find my spare. They changed our tire and had us set to go in less than15 minutes. I don't usually write reviews but had to acknowledge how helpful and courteous they all were! Would recommend to anyone!”

I've taken my car to the dealer to be serviced and would be told I needed various services including some I knew Crown performed. I shared the recommendation with them and every time they would tell me my car didn't require what they were recommending at that time, and gave me a period of when I'd probably needed it.”

“There are several rows of gas pumps. And the rows each have three pumps in each row. Because the rows are three vehicles deep, it can be challenging to see when the gas pump a few cars ahead are available. The service attendant flagged me to move ahead to a vacant gas pump. This was helpful and appreciated.”

“This was my first time using this service station. I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly as I had a very busy day. They were able to take me right away and I had my tire fixed in 20 minutes. I was so grateful. Great service by Muhammad Musa and his mechanic that day.”

“So I was in need of a safety inspection before my court date. I had very limited time and there was a about half a dozen cars waiting for inspections. I explained my predicament and asked how late they were open… I told the owner that I would just come back later, he said not to worry and squeezed me in right away. Customer service and is on point. I will always be coming here for my vehicle needs.”

I bought a used car, called Joe at the service station there, and within 2 hours he had inspected the car, completed an oil change, got my state inspection and emissions inspections done, and pointed me in the right direction with everything else the car needs done (including some things that were optional) - all for way less than I expected to pay. “me and my mom will come here for what i call 'fort belvoir fridays' it is always such a good time i get excited seeing the base (the military was tough at times but i always made it through and i definitely think it improved my life one quote that has stuck with me so much is colin powell 'No matter how hungry you all are, lieutenant, you must never appear hungry. No matter how terrified you are, lieutenant, you must never look terrified. Because if you are scared, tried, hungry and cold…. they will be scared, tired, hungry and cold." i really feel for people on that one when i was in the signal corps doing morning formations) and i have a deep appreciation for the military as well to think of soldiers standing up for the country values or the fun side too being overseas living in germany or hearing of people getting korea as their duty station i have somewhat of a understanding for the lifestyle (i sympathize when i see people who look like they are hanging on to their job and where they live or think it's cool when i see the longterm personnel who adapt to that way of living pt the unit many years of commitment and even 'indoctrination' where too mil and affiliates can solve all my problems) um one thing that'll be real cool here is when we look around we'll also see other guests and i'll be reminded of like being in tradoc and getting your civilians or nco's and being stationed somewhere else it was georgia & germany mostly for me ft meade too the cashiers here have been phenomenal with their professionalism and demeanor a guy like a statue i'll definitely daydream about stuff like the hot gas station food or when i was in the barracks so this will be a pitstop i had mused about meeting people (i am pretty anchored here and thought i could be useful but then again i am a veteran and out) but heard warnings about that or also not wanting complaints for example”
“Everyone here was great. Came in last minute for a state inspection; was in and out in about 10 minutes and only cost $20. While I was waiting a mother came in and asked if her daughter could use the restroom. The gentleman behind the counter let her even though they weren't paying customers. Just a great impression of this place overall.”
“stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.”
“Always love this Exxon/Dash In location. The people here always greet you, are always very helpful, and customer service is some of the best we get when going into the store part of a gas station. This is the best Exxon location in the area. Any suggestions for items that are missing that I normally buy, they restock on the next shipment! Will definitely continue to give my business here!! “This service center was recommended to me since I am fairly new to the area. I have used it a few times and have been very satisfied each time . Mr. Shackleford (the owner) has always been available for consultation regarding the service needed to repair my (17 1/2 years old!) car. He has always been patient and pleasant as I described the car problem. He assigns an available date/time for the service and it has always been done when promised and the car problem is fixed. Being very close by is an added bonus for me!I hesitate to recommend this service center ONLY BECAUSE it is so popular already, the waitlist to get work done there may be even longer!!”

“My first visit to this gas station was a pleasant surprise. I stopped by after leaving CVS with my fuel tank running on empty. The station, which I frequently pass by, was surprisingly empty at around 6 pm. Inside, the convenience store had a lovely scent, possibly from incense, and played good music. It was well-stocked, and the area around the gas pumps was well-maintained.The friendly gentleman behind the counter was helpful. I'm definitely returning to this hidden gem. The regular gas was priced at $3.49 per gallon. A great experience!”
