My sunroof was stuck open, and I was not sure I was going to have it fixed after the quote I received from the dealership. I took my car to Charles County Auto Body, and they gave me a great estimate for the work. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were very honest and saved me another $600 from their initial estimate. Highly recommend!!

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Next time I need work done there’s no question where my vehicle is going. It’s going to these people. I wouldn’t care if it was Out of my way I would still take the vehicle to them. Just like a goose mates for life with one goose, I too will stay with one car place for life as well. No mating though.

I don't know where to begin. I have found my new home with Charles County Auto Body! To begin with, the staff was amazing! They were friendly, professional, and most importantly, they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. It did not take long for them to complete the repairs and you would never know there was any damage. If you love your vehicle, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I had a repair done for a minor car accident. I had an issue with my insurance taking forever to approve the supplement that needed to be submitted, but the team here was so kind and supportive every day! They also dropped my car back off in Falls church. Thanks for your help with this!

I am so glad this is the body shop I chose to work on my vehicle!I couldn't be happier with the attention and time I received. My car was in and out of the shop in 10 days when all other shops were quoting 2-3 months! The paint color is a perfect match, the dents and scrapes are GONE and my car looks good as new! **PLUS** when I arrived to pick it up, Charles was washing and detailing the inside: windows, vacuumed carpets and everything! PERFECT service team -- THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ten gold stars from me - very happy! :)

I would recommend Charles County Auto Body to anyone in need of vehicle body repairs. Their service was top notch! Great customer service, my car looked brand new and they took the extra time to clean the inside. All staff was polite. Charles went the extra mile to ensure my experience was excellent. All I have to say is "Customer Service is not Dead". A hidden gem for sure.
