“I have a business account with PNC and whenever I have issues with my account I come to this location. Even though it can be frustrating, (as any issues with money are) the branch manager Nick and his staff are always extremely helpful and show genuine concern. I understand that there is a lot of red tape to jump through when it comes to handling account issues, but he always calmly explains what is going on, is extremely knowledgeable, and will always do whatever he can to rectify the situation.”

“I called to see if I could come in same-day to open a new account for my minor child. They did not have any appointments available, but were able to squeeze us in for mid-day with the manager. The process went smooth and the manager was super nice. The entire process took about an hour or less, and was overall very positive. And, my teen came away with a new account, as well as a lollipop, LOL.”

My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way.
