Justin with Eastern Exteriors was amazing! He worked with my insurance company to have whole roof replaced, I only had to pay the deductible. The roof looks great! The workers were on time, fast, and clean!

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of any roofing company, based on the tons of ads I see and hear. Eastern was in my neighborhood, and I asked them to give an estimate. They promptly did so, and notified me (with pictures) that they found damage that may rise to the level of filing a claim with my insurance company. Chris and the whole Eastern Exteriors team have been stellar, from prompt responses, no pressure, working with my insurance company, showing up when scheduled, cleaning up with a fine-tooth comb afterwards, and doing high quality, reasonably priced work. The team did a great job throughout including finding the estimated damages, discussing with us and the insurance company, doing the work, and keeping us completely informed throughout the process. They also spent the time to detail out what was going to be done and the options for the costs available. Definitely a professional level of work and very satisfied with the outcome. I called Brandon Moye on a Saturday and the next Monday a roof inspector came out, and we filed the claim that day. By the Thursday of that same week, an insurance adjuster came out and approved a full roof replacement(just had to pay my deductible). The replacement was scheduled to be done in approximately two weeks. the work was efficient and done in one day, and the clean up was good too. Brandon personally came out the day after for a final walkthrough. a piece of flashing needed to be nailed down and in 2 days another contractor came out and fixed it. and the flashing wasn't even something they installed, it was just loose before the work began and they still took care of it.the overall theme through all this is the response time, punctuality, and reliable communication of eastern exteriors. other contractors Ive worked with have taken months to complete a job (ordering and installing a single door..) but through Eastern Exteriors, i got a full roof replacement in 2 weeks' time. they made the whole process smooth and headache free. you would be in capable hands with Eastern Exteriors.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I’m still cant believe that I practically got my roof replaced for free. Micheal with eastern exteriors told me that my roof might be eligible to be replaced by insurance following a storm. It was so incredibly easy. I got it inspected and sure enough there was wind damage. It was such an easy and fast process! I highly recommend eastern exterior. I love my new roof!

Eastern Exteriors helped us to work with our insurance company following a storm and replaced our damaged roof. From the very beginning they were extremely communicative and helpful, answering any and all questions we had. The roof replacement itself was quick and easy, they completed the work in one day and everything looked great. This is the first time I had a roof replacement, and I initially thought the process would be challenging.
