“My wife had to go to a nursing home and since we had never planned for this... Medicaid was our only option. The application process was daunting to say the least. Five years of bank statements were required. I tried to get copies online to no avail. The branch manager attempted to get the records FAXED to the provider but that didn't work either. So I went to my "PNC Personal Banker" Mike Facine who made it happen. I got the copies but in "hard copy" format. To expedite things, Mike used the branch fax machine to send all five years of bank statements to the nursing home company.
