The manager at this auto zone, Daniel, is phenomenal. We had a screw in our tire and he helped us diagnose the issue and taught us how to fix the issue temporarily to help us get home. He was patient and kind and we are so appreciative of his help. Would recommend this store and his services to all!

I had a flat tire on my tesla. I want to autozone to purchase tire repair kit and had trouble using it. The front desk person was super helpful and helped me to fix the tire. I thank the gentleman for his kind heart.. unfortunately I forgot his name. This happened on the evening of Friday March 15th 2024

So I’m driving in the most of the Frederick Md snow and guess who runs out of windshield wiper fluid and the windshield wipers were also bad! I panicked! The windshield is now freezing and I can’t see. I drove to the nearest Auto Zone where Dan (Manager) immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. I told him I was in need of windshield wiper fluid and windshield wipers. That I have severe anxiety in adverse weather. Dan saved the day! Not only did he explain the difference in the best windshield wipers, he installed them for me. As I was giving him 10 bucks he said no we do this for free. Dan has excellent customer service, empathized with my situation, all while smiling and being professional. Dan is amazing and I look forward to returning to this location!!!!

I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon for a battery test and they quickly obliged. The man explained what the reading meant to me and didn't make me feel silly when I asked questions about it. Both men were patient with me as I tried to decide which battery to purchase, and they were able to immediately and quickly install my new battery. He said it would take about 15 minutes and it only took 20, so pretty close with the time estimate. He said if there were any issues, I could come back and they would look up my warranty and help me out. I would return here.
