rude af. asked to use bathroom because it was emergency. employee looked me up and down and said no. i know they have a bathroom because they’ve let us use it before.

Terrible pharmacy. They don't seem to know what they are doing. They ask you to come back later and when you do they ask you to come back tomorrow. When you come back the next day the cycle repeats again. You might choose this pharmacy because it's a nice looking building, but inside it's the worst run pharmacy I've ever seen. Avoid this place.

Don't use the pharmacy here. Always late to open in the mornings and never have it ready when they say you do. Also, they don't like to work the window and make you come in.

The pharmacy has a horrible attitude. I was picking up my medicine and the lady was having a issue finding my prescription . Once they found it I wanted to be sure that was the the right medicine. The pharmacist started to question my response when I have a every right to Confirm. Last year in October they Gave someone else medicine that wasn’t mind but confirm my information. I am so thankful I know how read and speak up for my self because I could have had a allergies reaction to the medicine that was not mind I thought the first place . The older lady with the braids suck together that’s always pulled back with black ear pice and extremely rude and and need to be reported and retrain. Then she slung my medicine to me and instead handing it to me in my hand and walk away saying what Ever to me . That’s not how you treat people especially if they are picking up medicine for there health and paying out of pocket. I also have proof of them giving me the wrong medicine then trying to cover it up.

Rudest staff to answer phones thinking it's okay to answer and hung up on clients over 4 times at 6 pm on 11/15/23 working in doctors office while assisting a patient. If I wasn't at work would have driven up there and got that persons name and report them to corporate. If and when it happens again it will be done. That behavior should not be tolerated I will tell everyone I know about this place.

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost! I was here for my covid vaccine appointment and a black male with locks gave me the worst time of my life. He kept everyone (5-6 people) waiting for their covid shot for more than an hour. When I asked him why I wasn’t called and help me, he asked me come after 1 hour because it is his lunch time. The man is clearly unhappy with his job and wants to give everyone a hard time. Walgreens needs to do a better job at hiring people who are customer facing.

At 9:25 am, I was waiting in line at the Cheverly, MD Walgreens for a scheduled immunization (I had an appointment and I was early). Four people were waiting for vaccinations when the clerk announced that there may be a long delay because the pharmacist was not there. What??? Then the pharmacist arrives, tells the cashier to go home, and closes the clinic without any explanation to the waiting customers, other than "I have things to do." Hmm, so do we, I thought. I started filming her because the pharmacist was incredibly rude to the cashier--I was shocked. Walgreens should consider sending an evaluator to assess this pharmacy and its management.

FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY!!! This review is specifically related to a particular tech in the pharmacy. HE (a black man with locs) is the rudest, seemingly unhappy, and least helpful employee I have encountered at any establishment. On more than one occasion, I have been on the receiving end of his nasty attitude and demeanor. If he does not want to work there he needs to find another profession. He treated my daughter with the same disrespect when she picked up her prescription (huffing and puffing when she gave her name). I guess he was tired of hearing her name after trying to clarify her prescription for 3 days. Both of us were nothing but polite. I vow to make it my mission to put him out there and notify his superior (everybody has one) about his awful attitude. I’m sure I am not the only one who has had to deal with this person. Next stop, Maryland Board of Pharmacy. There’s no way we are the only ones who have been subject to his negative attitude.

I don't know how Walgreens keeps that horrible temperamental black man at the front counter serving customers he has a terrible attitude I'm talking about the old eye black man because the other young black man is very friendly but that old stinking mummy is a bad decision to keep him in a strategic place like It is customer service if there was minus zero I would give it a minus 20 terrible I hope I don't have to go back to that horrible place and get a contorted face instead of feeling happy

I visited this Walgreen store around 8:15 PM today and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of their cashiers. The experience was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to share my frustration in this one-star review.From the moment I approached the cashier's counter, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The cashier seemed disinterested in helping me and was downright disrespectful in their tone of voice. Instead of providing basic courtesy, he displayed an unprofessional demeanor that left me feeling belittled and unvalued as a customer.
