I should have listened to all the 1 star reviews this place is beyond a joke. The white lady at the desk was so dismissive and rude, claimed she couldn’t hear me when I was practically yelling at her. Then gives me a number to a shop with another automated message. Telling me that they can’t do anything about my missing package basically saying for me to figure it out on my own.

This is one of the worst USPS places, they treated us very badly. I think the only worse thing was that we were Hispanics and they even didn't want to receive the package we had to return.

Terrible experience if u guys are tired of this job why not stay at home ,making customers life terrible with ur poor hospilaty and manners of talking to people . There is no day I walk in and don't go home sad u all needs to do better okay

Very lazy employees that don’t want to work. Can never get anything done here. Save yourself the trip and find another usps location

Horrible experience. First time coming here we went to get our passports and had the most rudest employee help us. This girl had such a bad attitude and talking to us with such a bad attitude i’m surprised employees treat customers like this. I will never come back to this location. Horrible

I just had a great experience! I dropped off my package and got a receipt without a hitch! This made me feel a lot better after a terrible experience at USPS on Buchanan street.Not only was I satisfied with my experience, but I saw about 10 other people in the same situation, and every single one of them seemed like they were having a great time. The staff interacted with each customer with a big smile, and the line was moving at a good pace. It was 15 minutes past closing time, so they might be in a bad mood, but all the staff members were really nice and helpful.I will definitely make this location my new go-to!

This place is the worst. I filled out the request for my husband to pick up the package and they refused to allow him to get the package. I had to take off work to pick it up before it would be mysteriously lost or sent back to “sender”. Trash

Louise is the best! She is what keeps me coming back to this post office location. Super helpful, very efficient and courteous. Keeps the line moving and gives clear instruction if you have a complicated parcel to mail. The facility itself is standard post office. No complaints. I will continue to use this as my primary post office as long as Louise keeps working here.

Needed to mail a package that was about 4 feet long. The clerk Loiuse said it couldn't be done because it didn't fit in the window. Ridiculous.

I just had the most pleasant experience with Louise! I was able to drop my package off and get a receipt with no problem! This experience made me feel better after having a horrid experience at the USPS on Buchanan Street. Not only was I happy with my experience but there was about 10 other customers in there and each one seemed to have a good experience. The clerks interacted with every customer with a smile and the line moved quickly. This was 15 minutes before closing so they could have been in a negative mood but all the employees created such a positive and helpful environment! I will most definitely make this my go to location when possible!

The woman was super nice, and my package arrived in a day! Nothing bad to said to be honest.
