Times open fluctuate way too much. It took me 3 days going to center before I could get package. Each time either outside signs or call center was different.

The customer service was a nice and easy. They said I needed to sign for my package but when I got there they only ask for my Identification. They didn't need my signature They could have left it at my house. They driver said he came to my two times and no onez was there. The driver never came because we were expecting the package and some one was there both days. They need to hold the drivers responsible for not doing there job. Because of that I had to go 40 minutes from my home to get my package.

Horrible customer service experience!!!! Package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Due to an “unexpected emergency” delivery was delayed to Monday, then Tuesday and subsequently Wednesday although the online status reflected the item was Out for Delivery. Each day customer service claimed the item would be delivered the following day during a 4 hour window and after that time passed they were unable to contact the driver and/or the distribution center to reconfirm the exact location of the package. After countless calls with several customer service representatives and long periods of being on hold, I eventually gave up and asked the shipper to request a return to sender. It highly likely the package was “lost in transit”. Please note, “unexpected emergency” was later explained as an overwhelming number of packages on the truck.....this should be rated “0” stars.

I went to this place because there was an issue in getting my item and it's fully expecting not to be able to get it. But the kind people here went above and beyond so we could have our item for an event. Thank you thank you thank you it's good to know people in the world like you still exist.

I’ve been using this place for about 3 years when a shipment can’t get delivered because my family works.Problem 1: UPS sometimes forces us to use this despite location because it is a distribution hub despite that we have a good relationship with the local UPS store.Problem 2: Their hours of operation don’t appear online anywhere. You have to come between 10-12a, 3-7p, or 8-9p as a member of the public.Problem 3: Customer service is well below par.There is no help if- you arrive outside of the hours posted. They will lock the door on you without any explanation.- UPS says your package is at the facility but the facility says it isn’t.- if your not there to pickup a package they have or drop off a package you’ve already wrapped.Better communication and a little sympathy could go a long way.

Suzanne is smart and knows the system. Not only did she find my package for me, which someone had placed elsewhere, but also tracked down another package which I was never shared a tracking number (the seller never told me it was 2 packages).If she hadn't found it, they would have shipped back to seller, and that would be another headache.I hate having to chase my packages, so thank you for being a big help.

A big criminal enterprise. Twice an international package got lost EXACTLY the same way. Package never came back from the "driver". Customer services blaming different location. Website tracking worth nothing.... ANYWAY stay away from UPS. NO information, same precook answer... and they still don't know where is the replacement package for the first. Guess those top Execs don't really know what's going on with their people

This was my first time going to pick-up a purchase instead of it being mailed. "I wish it could've been delivered instead" The reason I said that is the packages had my name on them it and the young lady still asked to see the receipt that showed my name and address for it. Now granted it had a different address but if I show you my driver's license why do you need to see the receipt/invoice w/my information. That made NO SENSE to me. But whatever ? she wasn't disrespectful and that mattered the most.

I had ordered something 2 weeks ago and got it shipped express. My items were supposed to be delivered at my home on Mar 22nd. It got delayed for Mar 23rd. My flight was for 8 am the next morning. I came to the facility and tried to track my package since it was held there. Mrs Williams helped me with so much from beginning to the end. Mr Mark even contacted me at 6 am to make sure I can get it or suggest a faster way to deliver it to another domestic address. A driver last named Matthews I believe, also for his effort. You're team is awesome and truly dedicated to customer service and even coming up with last minute solutions urgently. I truly appreciate you guys efforts. My items made it safely and on time for my trip and for our family photoshoot coming up Sunday. I'd definitely recommend services from here. Thank you guys once again.

I’m so grateful to this UPS location. I had switched my delivery to pick up because I needed to my package before I was headed out of town. Not knowing that me opting to pick it up, I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until 8:30-9:00PM. But thank you to the UPS Distro office manager (I forgot the young man’s name) who called me and said we can have your package to you in 30 minutes. What a lifesaver!!! I told you I would write a good review so here it is! Thank you so much for saving the day so that I could head out of town on time!! A very satisfied and grateful customer!

I trusted UPS to deliver a very expensive Samsung smart TV. The package was insured for $400 and I was charged $219 to ship it. UPS delivered my TV damaged. The notified them immediately, provided all pictures asked of me, but they did not pay the claim. It's horrible that a giant company would take advantage of its consumers in this manner. Save yourself time, money, headache, and frustration by using another company.

You guys are the worst!. Anytime you pull up in my driveway , not deliver my package and sign that is was is wrong and highly dishonest! I was home and saw the truck. I never received my package! I'm calling headquarters.

Please train your drivers to wear masks. None of them are doing so in my neighborhood. It is so important that you train your drivers about public health and safety regulations during this pandemic. Please not only my self but several of my neighbors have experienced them working for hours delivering packages with out a mask they walk right next to you on the streets . No safe distancing . Educate your employees , and you really should have a line of communication with the public , so they can reach you even when it has nothing to do with a package.

These ups companies are bad for business because they have these young drivers out here delivering these packages and half of the time they don't even deliver the package to your house they holding it to the next day so they can deliver be because they don't want to deliver it they want to be lazy or they delivering to the wrong address so for future reference if you're getting packages delivered get it done by FedEx and not UPS cuz half of the time you won't even get your package I had a package that was due today that says the package was delivered and given to a lady a my package was consisted of two front struts which is heavy that lady cannot even curry in the house on her own those were a couple of pounds but yet they said it was delivered and was given to a lady I did not receive no package at my house none of the females in my house even received the package so that goes to show you how much UPS lies and how lazy they drivers is and then they don't want to do a vestigation they want you to weigh a days while they do their investigation just to find out what the package delivered or do the person still have it on the truck and just lying about it the future reference deal with FedEx
