Was supposed to get a package delivered today between 1215 and 215. I was at home all day, no knock, no slip saying they attempted delivery. But what did happen is I watched the UPS truck drive away, then report they attempted to deliver the package, when they obviously didn't. Customer service said they would send an urgent email to the distribution manager, and they should respond within the hour. That never happened. Zero effort was made to contact me by driver or distribution point. I would give 0 stars if possible. This isn't the first time this has happened with UPS in this area either, just the straw that broke the camels back.

Similar to other reviews, UPS didnt show up. I was home when they said they "tried to reach" me. They delivered my package to a random "access point" instead. They have one job and they can't do it.

If you don’t want to deliver packages, quit. 2 days of missed deliveries sitting at home waiting. Can’t reach anyone and a further delayed delivery.worst package Carrier in the U.S.!

UpS is TRASH!!! Delivery driver never showed up. Contacted customer service and was told Delivery was changed to an access point and the access point does not exist??!...said to go online to a mychoice acct(which I don't have) to chg delivery. Wld not let me change it..told me sender had to. Contacted shipper and they told them they won't chg it. Called customer svc again and was told they wouldn't redeliver and that I'd have to pick it up. Told the agent that wouldn't work bcus my address doesn't match. She told me if my ID name matches the package i cld pick it up. And of course i drive 30 mins to Sweitzer rd and was told no. Why the hell Is YOUR customer service giving bad information or ur agents just aren't doing their job!!? This isnt the first time I've had severe delivery issues but it will b the last!! Im closing out my po boxes and moving shipping to FEDEX. They cost more but I've nvr had these kinds of issues.
....one star only bcus the agents stayed pleasant

They are definitely stealing peoples packages. This was my access point for my iPhone and I received an empty box. Just sad it be your own ppl.

I literally hate ups , Its the worst delivery service in the world , very unprofessional & hard to get in contact with . The delivery drivers are lazy and will decide to take a 98 pound package back just because they dont want to carry it … Ups Is the worst !! Ship your items through another delivery service

If i can rate zero stars i would. If you see your package is being delivered from here CHANGE IT. they faked “delivery attempt”, stole my phone, taped it back, and put it back on the truck. they only thing in my box was bubble wrap and charger base. they don’t care about the customers at all.

I’ve been waiting for a package to be delivered for the third time. They are stealing packages and no one is being held accountable at all. You call customer service and they give you the run around. 3rd time they have stolen my iPhone 14.
