DO NOT US THE UPS ACCESS POINT - I delivered 3 packages on Thursday 14 Oct however it is Monday 18 Oct and the packages never moved. Secondly, I put my ID into the machine and it never returned my ID. All support is via phone and there is no onsite support for this capability.

Times open fluctuate way too much. It took me 3 days going to center before I could get package. Each time either outside signs or call center was different.
