Poor product knowledge, I went in there to do a UPS drop off already with prepaid label from the business, the lady in the front told me she was unable to help me with packing my items that I’ll have to pay for everything, I informed her and also showed her the papers with the prepaid label and that the “associate packs and ships the items charging it to the business account but she refused to help me, and I told her that the UPS in college park they handle the pack and ship when the receiver is paying for it they have always done it for me, but this location would not. First and last time coming to this location. Bad customer service
