I’ve booked my appointment with Maria in advance to do my hair as that is what she had displayed on her booking. Then I get a call saying she can’t do the designated time and date I booked, which no problem I can re schedule. But upon rescheduling she states that she gave another client my time. When I ask her for another date she brushes me off. Very unprofessional and rude, considering I was a new client.

The floor attendants at this store is awful. They do not assist and will roll their eyes at you. Spend your money somewhere else for a better experience.

Top tier Ulta. Each time I shop here I ask the ladies in this store what products they recommend for skin and hair. And i kid you not, i will buy everything they recommend and it does the job. My skin has improved majorly from the sales associate (Black woman) in the skin care area because of her three step regimen she suggested to me. The Olaplex representative (Black woman) recommended a step by step routine to take care of my dandruff scalp and wash n go method and my hair never looked better. It’s worth shopping at this location because you won’t overspend on products that just don’t work.

The floor attendants at this Ulta lack customer service skills. I felt uncomfortable asking product questions and requesting a shade match because it appeared that they did not want to assist.
The register staff is always pleasant, but unfortunately, the floor staff is a crucial driver for product sales. The more knowledgeable and pleasant the staff, the more likely a customer is to purchase products and return to the store, which is necessary for a store to maintain longevity.

I had my hair dyed (from natural black to cherry red) and cut for the first time here by Eboni :) about 8 months ago and I was very happy with the results! Would love to get her again as my hairstylist but have not been able to, so I went to Maria for my haircut this time. Not as happy with the results as I was before. I asked for layers and curtain bangs and I feel like my hair just looked very choppy this time around with no sense of direction.
Nonetheless, both hairstylists were very kind to me.
I have straight/wavy thick fairly medium-long hair for context.

I booked an appointment at the Salon here with quite a few services. I got several confirmation texts throughout the week and multiple the day of the appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and sat for 30 minutes waiting for my stylist to show up, who never arrived. The manager on duty told me she couldn’t get in touch with the stylist and they couldn’t get me in with anyone else so they canceled my appointment after I sat there for 30 minutes waiting due to the stylist not showing up and nobody being able to contact her.I got a call from the stylist 30 minutes later saying she just got in and she never shows up that early and that it “wasn’t her fault and her manager messed up” REGARDLESS, I drove 60 mins round trip for this appointment and sat 30 mins for NOTHING. No mitigations, no solutions and no apologies.This place is poorly mismanaged. I got several confirmation texts, showed up early, and didn’t get anything. The manager on duty said she would pass this incident along to the general manager and that I would get a call from them within 48 hours, that was a week ago. I never received a call. This location is poorly mismanaged and they clearly don’t care about mitigating these issues because they didn’t even have the decency to call me about this issue when they said they would. Save your money and go elsewhere.
