I'm giving one star because they picked up my stuff but they gave me a quote for which I detailed everything only to find out when the actual movers get here it's more than double the price and after reading reviews now it seems like that's the catch here. I threw out much of my furniture just to cut back cost of moving that day. I called and a supervisor told me the movers needed more materials etc but nothing changed from what I listed so you'll should of done a better quote in person or video call or something to properly give a quote, hence you'll should be professional moving company. I'll never recommend to anyone please please do not Do Not use this company!

I wish the other reviews about this company being a scam we’re there when we booked because it would have safer me a ton of stress and time. DO NOT USE THEM ended up paying TWICE as much as the estimate for the same weight as we estimated, they didn’t put any of the furniture back together, they hired someone off Craigslist to do the move, and our gun safe had been broken into (thankfully it was empty) again never use this company they will take your moving and ruin your things and costumer service will never return your calls when you try to resolve issue. They are the worst company I’ve ever worked with.

Not marking 1 star because everyone did their job well. There was a lack of full transparency and systemic communication. The problem is the way the company operates, not the workers themselves. First, its cash only (no checks) because its a 3rd party moving company not in home. Rhis leads to communication issues and who also carries that much cash at a time? The workers bust their buttons for over 24 hours of no sleep but the owner gets all the money and splits with the true blue corporate people. There is little communication between the 2 because I was told one 3 hour window but they ended up arriving 10 hours later with no notice to me. Then they also showed up with the old paperwork eventhough i sent their office the updated paperwork 2 days prior. The sales people told me it would be one price for them to load all my packed items including assembling and disassembling bigger furniture items. I ended up paying over 1000 in extra costs for extra space, padding, and stairs because they didn't take apart all furniture as it would take too long. And while they don't charge for the first flight of stairs, I was told later that a flight is 10 steps so I ended getting charged because my stairs had 12 steps. Items arrived later than I was told as well. Movers didn't speak English so they couldn't read when boxes were labeled for certain rooms or if it said "fragile." Nothing was broken and it all arrived but nothing happened the way I was originally told when I spoke with the sales guy and put a deposit down then. I felt scammed.

Showed up 24 hours late. Wouldn't load the truck stating there was more than what we contracted for. Wouldn't return our deposit. This company is a scam artist and a joke!! DO NOT use them!!

Just read any bad review about this company and it’s 100% true. They do this to all of their customers. The way this company operates is a complete scam and they will ever way possible to charge you extra for as much as they can. Please, for the sake of your sanity and your budget, do not use this company.

Pathetic service, they try to trap saying they are the best service providers. They quote way beyond the what other charge for the moving. They start showing their true colors, once you make the initial payment. Opting True Blue movers is a waste of money and time. Better check with other service providers rather than going with them even if they offer any specials/promotions. They did not pick the stuff on time, their estimation was incorrect, they took more money than what was quoted. They didn’t deliver in time. They change their words when you follow up for delivery. I regret for opting this service. Beware, go for better service even if it costs you a bit more.

Cancelled on me the day before my scheduled OUT-OF-STATE move and made excuses about why. On Monday I received a call from customer service verifying my move window dates Tues through Thursday (I have a flight Saturday morning). Tuesday I receive another call telling me they scheduled my move for Thursday and would receive a call the day before for a pick up window. Wednesday I get a call saying they can't get a carrier who accepts credit card payments, so I offered an alternative payment method. When I did they couldn't find someone until the following week and had already refunded me 100% of my deposit. Therefore they KNEW ahead of time t couldn't get a carrier to move me. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

True Blue Movers LLC, was a life saver for my last minute move. The Receptionist was so pleasant, and helpful coordinating my relocation. Very professional, courteous, skilled workers/movers that packed, and moved my furniture without damaging any of my belongings. Nice truck to fit all of my things in. I would definitely refer this company for future moves!

I give this company 5 stars!!!! The move was complete in less time than quoted, the entire crew was professional and efficient while paying attention to detail. My entire house was moved without a single scratch on a wall. The level of customer service by this crew was commendable, protecting our items and even assisting me in areas that weren't originally part of the move. This is your company when you need movers!!!!

Moving requires using brawn, obviously, to get items moved from home A to home B, but the crew from True Blue Movers also exercises their impressive intellect, as well, to make the move as flawless and expedient as possible. I truly appreciated how Brandon and his super team didn’t waste any time. They were done moving our entire 3 level townhome in an amazingly short amount of time. I expected the move to take a few more hours than it took this “super crew”, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that every item loaded onto the truck was unloaded and placed in the designated rooms in no time! No fragile items were damaged, as the TBM team prepared all glass doors, vases and mirrors for moving by thoroughly covering them. Thank you TBM for your brilliant service!

I was really impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the True Blue team. I was really stressed out about my move but the guys came in and blanket wrapped my furniture and were very careful with my belongings. I hope I never have to move again....but if I do I will use this team.

The owner called me several times during the move to make sure everything was going well for me. I have used 4 different moving companies in the DMV and True Blue Movers hands down was the best. I would use definitely use them again.

These movers were exceptional! They came (on time) and left with positive attitudes, they were efficient, and quick. It was a difficult move with multiple stops. They made the whole process significantly less stressful and easy for us! After multiple bids from other companies, they came out the cheapest. We were very satisfied. Highly recommended.
