When it comes time to celebrate my accomplishments I usually shop here and purchase bottles of Monet & Chandon (my absolute favorite due to one of the cashiers recommendations). The woman and male cashiers are always super friendly to me. However, I noticed every time I shop here the Hispanic Security guard makes me feel extremely uncomfortable by disgustingly staring at me as I purchase my items at the register. I suggest this store hire not only a great security guard but also a hospitable one as well. It is unnecessary to be rude or have a mean demeanor to paying customers. I would love to continue supporting this establishment but I really dislike the uncomfortableness the security has for paying customers. It’s extremely distasteful, unpleasant, and unprofessional.

i’ve been a customer here for a long time. The customer service has always been sketchy towards the predominant demographic here. I don’t know what kind of bigoted staff they decided to hire but I was consistently followed and unnecessarily checked up on. Which was alarming considering I didn’t even know if they worked there until they started stocking— no one said hello in a polite way or at all. The first lady that rudely got my attention the first time was the one to also rudely check me out. I was not offered a bag nor do i remember bags having a 20¢ charge in PG County. — i’ve never been charged for a bag. She invasively said she’d put it in my bag. When i told her i wasn’t comfortable with that and asked for a bag she said “no they’re 20 cents. it can’t go on your card.” when i was scrambling to figure out how to walk with my purchased items she rudely tugged at my bag on the counter and said “it’ll fit—“ shoves the product in my bag and then says “see? you have loooots of room” it didn’t take much to figure out what she was implying. I walk out feeling completely harassed and uncomfortable to continue to patronize this store. Not long after i walk out I saw three customers who were behind me in line all white or lighter skinned walking out with bags in hand. She was clearly implying i was a thief. This was an all lighter skin hispanic staff — im african american. It’s a complete shame that they would stoop to profiling.This place is my home too. Every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect first. I would think a shared struggle in humane treatment would encourage that across the board but I suppose that won’t ever be the case. ??♀️ Please hire staff that won’t engage in bigotry/racism. the date is 05/04/2024 and the racist/bigoted staff was present on the floor/at the register around 2:30/3pm time.

They sell my favorite wine Roscato, they also sell a variety of wine. This location is convenient and they have security in this store for protection (I think lol)

Update your business hours. I came at 940, and they weren't open. It feels like they should just say they open at 10????♂️

Poor customer service. I purchased a bottle of wine here and when I opened it the same day, found it had gone bad. Carbonated, the color was off and it smelled like vinegar. Store refused to refund or replace the bottle despite selling me an unusable product. I will never go back.

Had the worst experience today with an Hispanic young lady (cashier)she was rude and impatient with both I and another customer, with evaluating the customer’s experience prior to myself she was rushing him to make his purchase and was just plan rude with myself, give her proper customer service training

Very nice liquor store, clean and good service. They recommended a Dangerous Silver tequila and it was very good and cheap, thanks to Mrs. Nadia, very kind.

I am new in the area.. very nice store and clean, I was looking for a tequila and a very kind girl recommended this tequila "CORAMINO". The tequila is really good, but the most important thing is the service and the knowledge of the girl.
I think her name is Nadia, Definitely I'll be back.

I’m truly disappointed on how Town Center and Spirit Liquor conducted themselves as a store. I recently bought two whip shots and both of the products were malfunctioning, and the store refused to give me any type of compensation for the money that I spent. I’m not the one to write negative reviews on any stores, but I am truly disappointed in the way the staff of this store conducted themselves. I will not be spending my money here ever again.

Highly do not recommend shopping here. I live nearby and come here all the time. I was sold a moldy tobacco product and when I went back to try to get another they told me they didn't accept returns or exchanges. As a customer that's been coming here for years I was very offended that this establishment would blatantly rob me of my hard earned money. The cashier Roger has very terrible customer service and lacks understanding of business.
