It's the worst experience I've ever had in terms of care, and I don't even live there yet. The manager and Mrs. Ingrid do not know what customer service means, it is the worst, they are irresponsible, lack seriousness and instead of attracting the customer they drive them away, one day they say one thing and the next day another. They should change them. In the end I decided not to rent the apartment.

I have lived in the property for 5 years and have not had any problems. The manager Norma and Ingrid are excellent and friendly, Mr. Eliseo from maintenance does a good job.

This place was the worst experience I ever had!!!! I had continuous mold screws falling out and pest. When I left I paid my remaining balance and 8 months later they place my account in collections after I left with a zero balance after paying a balance of 32 plus hundred dollars. The leasing office was very rude and u professional I wouldn’t rent these apartments to my dog do not waste your time with these apartments
