Moving here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made it my life. From my apartment having the worst humid conditions I’ve ever endured, to my car being broken into, and now to my ceiling leaking water all over my things. The best part is the blatant negligence and disregard from the leasing office. They do the ultimate bare minimum and if it were up to them you would never see or speak to them.

I absolutely loved my apartment! The location is perfect, close to stores and restaurants. Darion and Antonia made sure my living experience was truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

First, I want to highlight Antonia’s professionalism from the management office. She has been helpful from start to finish and extremely responsive which is always a plus when undertaking a new lease and property.I’ve been my unit for one month and so far so good! Quiet building, spacious unit, ample parking, daily trash pick up, and quick turnaround on maintenance tickets. I literally have no complaints at the moment.

Antonia is a fantastic property manager. She was able to get me the exact apartment I wanted, and stayed in contact with me for almost 4 months until the unit became available. Always friendly and fast to respond to all of my texts and emails; I have had a great experience this first quarter here at the edition.Thank you,Lucas

I lived at the Edition apartment for 2 years. The location is convenient, and the apartment is usually clean. However, the hallways and parking lot always smell like weed, even though the complex claims to be drug-free. The apartment is also infested with cockroaches, and the pest control treatments they sent didn't work. Additionally, the amenities are unusable, even though you pay for them.The property manager is very rude and favors a certain group of people over others. In my first year there, I invited 3 friends over to play pool in the community room, which has a capacity of 49 people. Shortly after, 3 more residents joined us. A few minutes later, the security guard showed up and asked us to stop playing and leave immediately, even though it was only 8:30 PM. I felt so ashamed and humiliated in front of my friends. After that, I stopped going to the community room.In my second year, I hosted a BBQ party to welcome our twin girls. After 2 hours around 7 PM, the security guard came and shut down the party again. The next day, the property manager sent me a message saying that I had an unauthorized party in the community and that my lease would not be renewed. The next weekend, I came home around 3:00 AM and saw people at the BBQ area, but the security guard was just watching them. (See timestamp in the picture attached)I have been treated so unfairly and poorly by the property manager. I can't wait to leave this horrible place where I don't feel welcome, even though I paid a fortune for rent. I am moving somewhere else where I will be respected and welcome. I have never paid my rent late or been reprimanded by any of my neighbors. I don't know where this harsh treatment came from, but I am finally happy to be leaving this place.Recommendation: I would strongly advise against living at the Edition apartment. The property manager is rude and unfair, the complex does not enforce its own rules equally, and the apartments are infested with cockroaches.

Staying at The Edition has truly been a delightful experience. From the moment I moved in, the leasing agent, Antonia, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition, always addressing my concerns with patience and professionalism. The amenities, from the state-of-the-art gym to the serene pool area, exceed expectations. The neighbors are friendly, creating a close-knit community vibe. With the added bonus of Antonia’s exceptional service, I wholeheartedly recommend The Edition to anyone seeking a superior living experience.

The technician Keyner is always so helpful when I’m having any issues ( if any) with my apartment. He answers all questions and is very knowledgeable. Always great customer service here at the Edition.

I really enjoyed living here. I only lived here my final year of school (1 year lease) but it was a great experience. I had an issue with my first apartment and they moved me swiftly. Looovvveeeddd my second unit, that had such a beautiful view on my balcony. I do miss my 2nd apartment every other day. I did have a German roach problem but maintenance came in and sealed the areas and I sprayed pest control serum i got from my dad who’s in pest control (they had pest control but you’d have to be getting it bi weekly, meanwhile my dad has something that i have to spray every 3 months) I lived on the 5th floor next to the elevator and exit to the garage so it was well placed. Whoever takes that unit will be happy. I had a great experience and honestly I felt like I was in great hands with Natasha Edwards. Very professional and effective.

If I could give this apartment complex no stars I would!! I moved in at the end of may and have been having problems every since. I have seen countless amount of roaches the people that work in the loading dock keep the door open 24/7 anybody can just walk right on in and that’s how the bugs are getting in. I hate the fact they keep the door to the trash room open which cause the hallway to smell foul which is also how the roaches are getting in. Besides the lovely young lady that sit at the front desk the staffing is unsympathetic and rude. The walls in the building are paper thin!!! I should not be able to hear people walking and running back and forth on the floor above me IN THE HALLWAY! I can hear my neighbors talking as if we are in the same room. I can smell the grill that is placed not too far from my window every time someone cooks on it. I can’t wait til my lease is up i wouldn’t recommend this apartment to nobody!

Location is good as long as you’re used to DMV traffic. Going on 2 years of the tv’s not working in the lounge or gym. Management has been notified by plenty of residents and no fix. Always funny seeing them show people around not saying nothing actually works. Hate the garage is always broken. Nice to see rims stolen in the AM with the security guard just relaxing. Not even sure why they are there. Let’s see if we can actually use the pool this season. Nice size apartment though. Not for families. More for single people. Enjoy the gym if one of the residents isn’t running his business between 6-8pm taking up all the space. Def recommend if you’re young and single otherwise it’s awful. Enjoy not being able to use anything but the grills sometime. Neighbors are super cool though. Most residents are nice.
