Was shopping with my boyfriend, we like going to target because they're inclusivity and higher end selection it was my first time at this location but I won't be going back and will willing drive much further to go to another store. Stood in the underwear section for about ten minutes pressing buttons and waving down associates to get items out of the locked cabinets and was ignored by all except when I stepped directly in one guys path and asked for a key. When the girl finally came back she looked frustrated and was throwing her hands up, I wave at her and point and towards the aisle when I wanna get my stuff but she suddenly veers off and then turns back and out her hand up in my face and says "I'm going to help them first" as a straight couple just randomly walks up and looks at the locked cabinet. I tell her "I've been waiting about 5-10mintes and pressing the buttons for help ... I'll be waiting for a bit longer back there" The straight couple who just walked into this situation look confused and give each other a weird look and the lady tells the associate "we don't want anything we're just looking" and then the associates asks if they're sure and I just go back to the next aisle over and wait. A few moments later after the straight couple shoos her away after insisting they really don't need any help she comes back and helps us. I couldn't tell if the associate was avoiding us because we're gay men, or because we were Asian or both. Never experienced this before at another storeEither way she know we need her help for a while and just ignored us, ignored the help button pushes and even diverted herself to pester someone browsing before.

Good for the essentials but be careful! The frozen area has a horrid smell. Legit smells as if something died. I also found expired milk products. Make sure to double check your items before you leave. I almost bought cold brew from November 2023.

This Target location has so many friendly employees that helped me and my co-workers many times when we needs help. But some customers that shop at this store is rude and I hope this Target get those rude customers out of the store. Because they can cause other customers to feel uncomfortable and not safe when they are around.

Everything locked up with only a few (overworked) employees in sight who don’t have time to unlock the detergent aisle. Shameful waste of time and money!

I was in the self checkout around 7:34 on 2/6/24 and I needed help with something. I called the young, curly headed, hispanic guy around 5 times loud and clear (not rudely) everyone else heard me and so did he and he ignored me plain and clear. That hurt because I shop there a lot and never had that problem before. Please talk to him and ask him not to do this to people.

Immediately No. If you have the opportunity, go to another one.It’s giving WallyMart vibes. The holy keyholders are rude and the floor associates are terrible.

Not going to bother shopping in a location where toiletries and underwear/socks are locked behind cases. Not worth the hassle or time. I'll drive further and spend more money at better stores elsewhere.

Everything is locked up and it’s impossible to get an associate to help. Also they don’t give out bags for free. They’re hoarding the bags, you have to ask for them, even at self checkout. A store built on convenience has become a headache. They’ve used half the parking for mobile ordering, making it a rat race for a spot. Hopefully other targets in the area are less stressful. This one is in the dumps

Save your self the trip to this location, employees have attitude just because you push the button , to lock everything up is such inconvenience because you need to wait a long time as well with a hand of attitude with it

I am giving one star because I strongly dislike the practice of locking up essential items such as socks, underwear, toothpaste, etc. There has to be another way to manage alleged theft without inconveniencing everyone and making people feel like criminals.
