Truist is a fraudulent and scamming Bank in the USA. Please please I am begging and pleading with you, AVIOD doing any kind of business with this poor excuse for a bank. After transferred couple of times, I wasted two hours on the phone with liars, crooks con artist and scammers supervisor Robert and a representative LaShawn.Saw on my credit card bill two different interest rates charges. Immediately contact the customer service center to get clarification. LaShawn who I started talking to was confused on why I was getting charged twice as well. She even say to me on their recorded phone line it’s not supposed to be like that. She put me on hold for about 7-10 minutes and come back with a bogus lies about credit card usage. Which I haven’t used in couple of months. I requested to speak with a supervisor. Here comes the liar and thief call Robert the supervisor. I explained to him what’s the problem. He proceeded to say it because I have not make enough payments. We calculated all my payments I have made, it’s exceeded the amount. Robert the liar supervisor then switch up and say that not what he meant to say. Then he brought up, it because I have been using my credit card. We look into credit card usage, I have not used my credit card in over three months. Then he switched up again saying that’s not what he meant to say. Then Robert the liar proceed to say, I have been making low payments monthly, look into that, I have been paying way more that my monthly payment. Then he switched and stated that’s not what he meant to say. Then liar Robert switched up and said I have exceeded my credit limit come to find I haven’t reached my credit limit. My entire conversation with LaShawn and her supervisor was filled with lies, disrespecting, disappointing and frustrations. Learn from my mistakes and frustrations in dealing with a scamming fraudulent Truist .

Horrible customer service. I wanted to open an account and got there before 4:30. They said they couldn't help me because they were about to close (at 5pm). I was the only one in the lobby. I always thought they were supposed to help you as long as you were in the door before 5?SMH.

The level of customer service at this branch is very inconsistent. Some of the employees are nice, others not so much. My experience in the drive through today was impersonal. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't asked what I wanted to do with my transaction nor was the cash I deposited confirmed to be correct. I went inside with the intention on receiving an apology and correcting the transaction. No success in either. I will definitely drive a few extra miles to receive better service.

Terrible bank, terrible location. The customer service is lacking. They seem to have an attitude in fact when challenged in company policy. They never have the answer to anything. Nothing is ever open or available such as drive thru teller service or the ATM deposit feature. I've found Truist to be lacking on all fronts and as soon as I find somewhere else to place my money, I plan to.Take today for instance, I pull into the drive thru teller line which did not indicate open or close. The clerks inside can visibly see me. Instead of telling me the first time I ring that the line was closed, they let me sit there for 10 minutes with cars behind me. Maybe "not their problem", but I assumed this was common courtesy. Just a warning to those looking for a friendly and welcoming bank that exudes safety and wealth. I've heard nothing good about this bank ever.

I applied for a loan, gave them the extra information they asked for and I was denied. I’m not a high risk case so me being denied was a fluke. I had to keep begging for my loan officer to look into the situation, when I could actually find her. It got so bad I had to talk to her manager and then her manager’s manager, all seemed to be on vacation at the same time. Even then I had to stay on top of them for weeks. A process that should’ve taken 3 days tops took over a month. The branch refused to take accountability and tried to minimize the situation. I should’ve applied for the higher interest loan with my actual bank. I just didn’t want my credit pulled twice. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE.

I went in the branch at 2:30pm and wasn't seen until 3:00. They spent a very long time with customers. I should not have had to wait that long.

I came into this branch to discuss some overdraft fees with which SunTrust had hit me. On walking in I had no idea whom to approach; I hadn't visited that location before. A man named Kenneth McCurdy (at least, that was the name I saw on a name plate on his desk; I hope I got the spelling right) asked if he could help me. I explained that I had deposited money on a certain day, then received an alert from SunTrust indicating (so I understood) that the deposits had been credited to my account, but that when I bought some groceries after I got that alert, it turned out that my deposit had apparenlty NOT been credited yet. (This really disappointed me. I'd never had trouble with SunTrust up until then. Besides, I'm unemployed, so being imposed those fees seemed rather cruel.) Kenneth listened calmly, asked questions, and agreed to reverse the NSF fee charges. Thank you very much, Kenneth. Good luck to you.
