The store manager Jim, and his tech wiz kid were the most helpful tag team I have encountered at a Staples. They helped me install the Staples app then they saved me 60$ by explaining how their current special rewards points deal worked .

I was very pleased with my recent experience at the Staples, located on E-W Highway in Hyattsville, MD. The manager of duty was friendly, professiona and efficient. He definitely surpassed the typical level of service.

In the printing area excellent customer service I had to print my daughter's invitation cards the person who attended me was very friendly and the waiting time was very short my invitations were very good excellent service and price

Today, my experience at Staples was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the store just a little before 8pm, approximately 10 minutes before closing time. Despite the limited time, I managed to print a return tag and drop it off. As I was leaving, I suddenly remembered that I had purchased a Kodak easyshare camera earlier in the day and decided to buy an SD card reader. I quickly made a U-turn and approached one of the employees for assistance. However, she led me to a section that only had charging port devices. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for, and as we were searching for the card reader, a tall guy approached me and abruptly informed me that I had to leave because they were closing. I was taken aback since I was already inside the store and about to purchase the card reader. I asked him if it was still possible to pay for the item, but he rudely replied that he had already closed the register and made an announcement. I found this behavior to be incredibly disrespectful, considering I was already inside the store. If this is how Staples defines good customer service, then it is truly absurd. To make matters worse, the agent I encountered on my way out was also very unprofessional. This entire experience has left me feeling disgusted, and I have no intention of ever returning to this Staples if this is how they treat their customers.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Stapels staff for the exceptional service they provided me. I had urgent architectural work to print, and Mr. Seth went above and beyond by staying late to finish my project promptly. His dedication and assistance were truly appreciated.

When I needed to print something I had to refill the printer paper myself, and the print job only printed two of ten pages. I had to talk to the store manager to get my prints, but they were helpful did it for free.

I would not recommend the TSA PreCheck service here. The system for walk-in service is down and has been down for 3 months according to the staff. They will not help you if you do not have an appointment. It’s probably best to go to another location if you need this done.

I only came to this location to do an Amazon return, because staples advertises that they do this. The counter they make you do returns at has been vacant so long that someone brought the lady in front of me in line a CHAIR. The store isn't busy at all, I'd definitely go to another location if I were you.
