I have never left a review on anything before but after the interaction I had with this store I had to. The other reviews on here sum up the experience you will have at this place. From the moment I stepped in the door there was hostility. A dog was also running out the door & I was directed to close the door quickly. The older lady had a very loud and aggressive tone with me and was very rude. I love to support small businesses, especially black-owned but this store missed out on a very interested buyer. Zero customer service skills.

The customer service was trash. The lady had her dog out…then proceeded to rudely question my mom. She had an aggressive tone with not only my mom but my niece as well. Stood in our face the whole time while we looked around. It was so unbearable that I just had to leave. I DO NOT recommend, especially if this is the service provider of the store. Terrible ?????

Stopped by at 12:10pm and shop was not open. Saw several things ithrough the window that I was interested in purchasing. They lost a sale(s). 90% of success is showing up!

So glad I came across this store! The pieces are unique and rare. The manager was very professional and suggested great options to fit my body type. Even though they were a bit busy, she still gave me her attention and was very professional. The art pieces are mind blowing and I will be back! I highly recommend shopping with them!

Just went in store with two of my friends, we were approached by an employee, who asked abruptly if we were looking for something, we said just browsing, the look and the no response was cutting, as if to say, then what are you doing in here....she looked us up and down and walked away, so we did too. Very rude, no professionalism.

Very odd experience, customer service was rude and brute. Not welcoming or helpful at all. If you’re going to sell counterfeit at least be polite about it.
