Customer service was great the store have alots of variety. The Manger was very professional help me picked an outfit. I had a lots of compliments and everyone I recommended there like store and customers service

My first time coming here and my last time! I came with my family today aroound 4pm to buy scrubs. My son was being playful with his dad and a worker who has curly hair yelled at them! She said NO PLAYING AND NO RUNNING, the store was not busy and wasnt causing any harm to anyone, i barely even noticied. My bf apologized and even said to calm down because she was being very rude. The worker continued to speak to someone on her phone about what she told my family. I felt extremely bothered because im hispánic and my bf is black. He couldnt understand what she was saying to her friend. Few minutes later another employee asked my bf if he is interested in buying shoes… i kid you not that same female worker told him to not sell to my bf! I officially decided to ask for a manager but the assistant manager looked like she didnt know how to handle the situation. We decided to leave and dont plan on coming back. There is a huge lack of Customer service and discrimanation.

This was my first and most definitely my last time coming here, I came here with my son and my bf to buy scrubs. While shopping my son and bf get a lil playful but nothing serious I barely even noticed until I hear a lady who works by the dressing room area SCREAMING at my family "NO RUNNING, NO PLAYING" very aggressively and RUDE! My bf apologizes and they stop. The lady continued to speak on it with someone she was on the phone with. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful and hard to continue shopping. Few minutes later I assume another employee, catches my boyfriend's attention to see if he is interested on buying shoes.... Now I kid you not, the lady tells the other employee "NO! Him no!" that was my last straw! My bf is African American, I'm Hispanic. I understood everything that lady was talking because she knew my bf would not understand so she felt it was okay to say whatever she wanted. I finally asked to speak with a manager, only an assistant manager was there I explained what happened and how it seems that lady has a problem with us. It looked like she really showed no care because we never even got an apology, only that she was gonna speak with her. So we decided to leave and just go somewhere else. I recommend Scrubs and Beyond.

Way over priced on medical uniforms. They never fit right and material is cheap. You are better off buying from Amazon.

They have a large variety of scrubs, but the customer service is terrible. My cashier was on the phone while ringing me up the entire time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt ant it was the same when I went there the 2nd time. I also believe they even racial profile. I forgot my card in my car so I asked to go get it. When i got back they were asking me for my ID. I shopped there before and no one asked me for an ID. I will just order from Amazon going forward.

They told me they couldn't order a shirt for me when another store an hour and a half from me had no problem doing it. On top of that the sewing was coming undone one shirt they did have and they wouldn't even discount it. The other 5 of their stores I was at today the staff was so friendly and helpful. I suggest not going to this one if you need any assistance.
