MS.V and the young lady that worked with her last night showed me that their customer service is outstanding. They managed to please an angry customer, push door dash orders out quickly, dropped fresh chicken all within a blink of an eye. These ladies need some type of extra compensation because they make this store run smoothly.

Salty chicken and bad service. This one manager is horrible. She even came in off duty with her dog and had it all over the food area. When she's working, she always gives bad service and when you bring it to her attention, she will call the police on you.

I placed my order on the computer like everyone else, lady in the back start screaming that they don't have the stuff to make sandwiches, how am I supposed to know if the computer doesn't say anything about it. She seemed stressed and was making her rest of the crew work hectic. Definitely not the place if you want a quick bite.

This place was great when it opened but has gone way downhill. My husband went for gas early one morning recently and there were people engaged in sex on the sidewalk by the front door (presumably prostitution - they appeared in rough shape). Then today we decided to pick up some fried chicken, which was delicious the last time we had it. We tried two self checkout machines and neither one worked so we had to find a staffer to check us out. We got the chicken home and it was horrible. Dried out, tasted like it was cooked days ago and left under a heat lamp. Truly disgusting. We won't be back.

I remembered that when they first opened...nice and clean store!! I just went in there and my face said it all! The floors look like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened. Short staff! Soda cups but no straws. And the chicken....not so great! You people need to do better and take this store! It's nasty, disgusting, and unorganized.

There's always a problem with the cashier machines I swear & don't think your going to come here to get breakfast & get to work on time they tend to take there time to make you a damn sandwich. I'm tired of this place I put 20$ in the machine asked for assistance & I put 20$ in there & now I'm waiting almost late to my first day of work what a garbage Royal farm the worst one I've ever been to.

I purchased gas from this RF in Hyattsville on Thursday morning 3/2/2023 and soon after I got a text alert from my bank stating my card was compromised. There must be a skimmer device at these pumps. Be careful when purchasing gas here!!!

I have stopped twice at this location since my initial check in. Each stop was for a different reason which lead to a different experience. I feel that gave me an overall experience of this establishment.The first experience was to just get fuel for my vehicle. This was a smooth experience where all I had to do was pull, put in my card, pump my gas, and go. It was a great experience and left no bad feelings.The next visit allowed for me to have an experience inside the store. I walked in and it felt almost unwelcoming. I'm not all that versed in Royal Farms so I don't know what a typical store setup/look should be. It felt like I was being rushed to get in and out of here as fast as they could deal with me. I did get my item, pay and left. I stood outside for a few minutes and took in the area. I parked this time behind the store. Ample parking, but you cannot use the door at the back of the store to enter, you have to walk around to the front.

I go to this royal farms almost every morning to pick up a sandwich to start off my day. The workers are very nice and helpful. My sandwich is made very well no matter who makes it. Shoutout to all the workers on the morning shifts
