This company has the worst customer service I’ve experienced with any dispatching company. Even after speaking with my insurance provider that made a service request adjustment, they were still unable to complete a simple .9 mile transport of my vehicle. Highly recommend you stay away from this place if you can.Service: Tires

Owner of the business is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Does not call customer to receive authorization of any charges and will simply bill you hidden charges that she tells you of AFTER THE FACT. When I went in to confront her, we went back and forth resulting in her telling me to shut up and disrespecting me to the point where she told me to get out. Did not apologize or try to come to an agreement at all. Was simple BAD BUSINESS. TERRIBLE BUSINESS actually.

BAD BUSINESS. Nothing to do with COVID. Has everything to do with the absolute LACK of professionalism. Owner of the place doesn't call customers or attempt to receive authorization for any charges. She will simply charge you whatever she feels is wrong with the car! Please save your money and go else where. Her prices may be cheap but it definitely does not make up for the terrible business she practices. And they take forever to fix your vehicle.

I recently had one our fleet cars repaired at RBF Auto Body. They were prompt, professional and affordable. The damaged vehicle was dropped off on Monday and on Friday it was ready to be picked up. RBF did an outstanding job in repairing the damaged passenger door on one of our SUV's. I will continue to use them for all of our body repair needs.

I was involved in an pretty bad accident and really was not sure if my vehicle was repairable. RBF assured me they could perform the necessary repairs. Much to my surprise my vehicle was repaired. My car looked like a new and is running very well. Thank you to Sandy and her employees I am very satisfied and will continue to use them for maintenance of my car!

They told me 45 minutes for a tow. No one called me after 50 minutes of waiting. Then I called they said another 1 hr. The lady on the phone was rude. I prepaid $170 for fast service and they never showed. I had to call my road side carrier and let them know. I was so upset but another company came within 2p min and $50 cheaper.

I show up on time for my appointment with a quote of one hour for an oil change. It took two hours and then they have the nerve to offer additional services so I can stay there longer, are you kidding me?!
