This store is so cluttered! You can barely move around, no visible mirrors and no fitting rooms.The woman who seems to be the Manager is never friendly, will stare directly in your face and not say hello.The nice lady with the head wrap is always friendly and accommodating.❤️There are more options online, so I won’t be returning to the store.

The cashiers are nice, I mean the one who charges is not always the same but they are friendly there are a lot of clothes in the store offers you have to choose to look for what you like the clothes offers all of that the service is very bad there are two computers bad character asen bad faces part a simas hits me ordering ai until I throw the clothes simas hits me in the face if they don't like what they ask them to change jobs

Went in to browse coats. I could not believe how terrible this location is. The women's coats section on the basement floor was a complete disgrace. Nothing was organized and everything was thrown all over the place. It's a filthy mess. Then that third floor outlet that they have is filled with nothing but junk. This location has to be the worst in the whole DMV area. Thrift stores look better!
