Do not work under zone 20782 Supervisor Shonda/ Ezel. She is demeaning and talks to you in a condescending manner. She is unorganized, has no dignity ,and is very unprofessional and doesn't know her qualifications of being a supervisor. Her routes does not get their mail in a sufficient order and on time. Poor management.

USPS needs to shut this facility down, my priority mail sat at this place for more than 4days and they kept lying they made an attempt to deliver which they didn’t.

Apparently my package is at this facility but they haven’t scanned it so it’s constantly “out for delivery”

I would give a negative 5 if I could. My package arrived at this facility and was sent to the Washington DC facility I live north both located my package should have been sent to Linthicum facility. Now my package have been has gone back and forth between DC and Southern MD locations twice already.

I have not gotten my mail delivered in over 3 weeks, I constantly called to find out why I am not getting my mail, I can never talk to a live person, all a person is allowed to do is leave a message and the customer is not allowed to get into the building, this is sad, ridiculous and totally unprofessional, this is people lives that they are playing with, mail is very important documents and this post office treats it like it's nothing, and treat the customer's like they are nothing, I have gotten bogus email responses, stating that they have talked to the carrier and the problem is solved, as I type this text review, I still have not gotten any of my mail, someone needs to step up and handle these issues regarding the people, this company is to large, to perform this poorly, in regards to caring for the people/consumers.

I received a “return to sender” message for my Shein package and it’s here. I went to the closest USPS near me and they said it was here and advised me to call. I called it goes straight to voicemail. You can’t get in if you go here because it’s for employees only and you only can drop off the package. This is ridiculous. I understand things happen and shipping labels can get messed up however they should At least have someone who customers can speak with about their orders. Ridiculous!

Looked up this place on google maps to see if anyone else's experiences with this distribution center mirror mine. What do you know, they do. This facility is a black hole of mail. Yet another incompetent, nebulous USPS location whose existence deters me from doing business with retailers in a certain locale.

My package is sitting with this "sorting center" for 11 days. Last five days they stopped posting updates. I bought this item from small business in UK. It is not their fault that it travelled through this "sorting center". It is sad that some places decide it is okay to stop doing the job. I am almost sure my package had been discarded of. All other mails/deliveries are still working. With delays but working

My package has been sitting here since the 22nd of December but I never received an update that it was even at this place on the 22nd until the 1st 10 days after it was supposedly “ in transit” from this location. Mind you my item was ordered on Thanksgivings day.

My sister in law sent a package from NY on December 9th. Stuck in MD. Said in transit on the 16th. I seriously doubt that. By coincidence we mailed her a large envelop 2 day ship. It is sitting in MD. Ours in Hyattsville and hers in Linthicum. This sucks. I spoke to a postal worker who was kind enough to call me from NY and said a lot of mail is being rerouted through Florida. Seriously???????
