This was the most terrible experience ever. It was my best friend‘s birthday. She is now back again for the second time to get fixed. I asked to speak to Manager . He was gone. He comes back. I come to speak to him. I tell him actually I pointed out the individual and he instantly said she did nothing wrong I personally Got mad at her and I rebottled it if I don’t even know her I’m just telling you I did not feel comfortable on getting my feet done. He’s like that’s fine. We have nothing to talk about get out of my store. You don’t get any service get out I’m calling the police. I am a non-confrontational individual And this literally blew my mind. I’ve been getting my feet and nails done for over six years. This is crazy and never been through anything like this in my life.

Excellent pedicure and they offer gel x nails(nails are done in half of the time!) very friendly staff. Only downside was that I did not like my eyebrows.

Don’t waste your money or time. They don’t provide adequate services for the African American community. When a customer asks for basic services without gel. These migrant’s attitude changes negatively towards their customers as well as giving substandard service. The equipment is dirty, because they don’t whip nor serialize the equipment AT ALL.
Yet, still want to $$$ charge salon & spa prices. Prince George's African American community is one of the highest paid professionals in the DMV so the services AND professionalism that are provided should be positive and meet quality standards

I just left this awful unproductive and unprofessional nail shop just a few minutes ago. I went in to just have Amy to do an acrylic overlay and top with gel.
Afterwards, I noticed my nails were lumpy and uneven. I requested her to smooth them out. That nasty female took all the acrylic off. The manger was very unsupportive of my decision. Instead, both Amy and the manager spoke in their native language and conspired to give me an unsatisfactory performance plus wanted to keep my money.
I demanded my $45. to be refunded. If I can give no stars I would. I will be reporting the to the BBB. I will never return back to this place. Instead, I will go to Escape Nail and Spa in Woodbridge Va or Wardolf Md.

I walked in and there were plenty of people working, with lots of work stations. I did call in and book an appointment for an acrylic overlay and a deluxe pedicure, but it wasn't necessary. The woman that did my nails was extremely efficient and did an amazing job. I came in with a picture of the design I wanted, and she nailed it! My deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax and hit stones was very relaxing too. I also liked the cleanliness of the place and that it didn't take me 2 hours to get everything done. I give it 10 stars!

They did an amazing job. I had to bring my son who is one with me and they were helpful and patient as he started to become busy. My nails turned out GREAT. I will definitely recommend.

I have been going to this nail shop on and off for years. Some of the reps are really good. The last two times I came I had the same girl twice (desk 10). Each time she did not feel like doing her job. I tell her what I want done to my nails and she tells me to come back and get that next time and proceeds to do something that she wants to do. She just wants to do a rush job and move on. She misses parts of the nail when painting and the whole nail is not covered. I left a tip for the person that did my feet and she assumed it should be split in half and proceeded to split the tip amongst the two of them without confirming with me first. She did not use any antiseptic before or after doing my brows. Just wax followed by oil to remove the wax. I'm not coming back to this location. Definitely thanks to her.Services: Foot massages

Ive never given any business a poor review. Worst experience. I was one of first people to arrive. Towels were dirty with build up nail crusts. Was served by Andy who told me my pedicure and nails would be $155. As i asked him to break the price down. His attitude changed. I explained I wanted a classic pedicure and manicure no gel no acrylic. He rolls his eyes. I received a very messy $45 manicure as you can see from the photo. I had to put on my own lotion for the dust left on my hand.When i asks how much was my manicure, he roles his eyes and points at me i told you, $45 he said for acrylic removal and gel. I dont understand the attitude to answer a question
