I work here. The vendors are great. Very versatile & professional. I love my coworkers. I took a star off due to issues with the site manager, paid staff & franchise owner. I'll leave it at that to spare the drama.

I booked two appointments with Destiny for braids and she cancelled both appointments at the last minute. The first she notified me she was sick at 10pm the day before the appointment. I understand the unexpected can happen at any moment so I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. She offered me a $30 discount. Cool. The night before the next appointment I confirmed all the details and everything was set. The day of the appointment she cancels AGAIN. I was literally driving to the appt when she sent a text. She didn't even offer to reschedule and just sent me my booking fee back.

My boys and i were traveling. Needed hair cuts. First off super hard to find. Second, The male barber totally ripped us off. the first cut he purposely shorted us a few dollars. The second cut my boy ended up paying like 40 $ for a cut. He knew we were new and overcharged us cuz we weren't coming back.

Ahhh some ppl are so ridiculous. The other review isn't fair at all and they probably don't understand the environment. First of all... the front door... is In the FRONT. Lol smh...These are salon suites, meaning there are at least 20 different beauticians and barbers specializing in black hair care in individual little shops. There is no receptionists because each stylist make their own appts. I don't think I've ever seen a walk in. Everyone coming here has a predetermined salon to hit. Whether it's hair, a cut, eyebrows or other, most of the time... if you're here, you were expected. So needless to say... make an appt. I'm here to see Destiny who does bomb hair, is quick and accommodating out here in Largo. The shopping center (BLVD!) is remote but you can't miss it and Phenix is in the back by the Chik Fil A. Service is cool. Im not even gonna lie, it's got it's hood moments. PpL are selling their wares while you get your hair slayed. The guy with the dinners, the guy with the fake designer bags and shoes and of course the perfume man. They all serve a purpose as far as I'm concerned as they are entertaining as their merchandise is fake and the dinner guy actually has very good cake. Lol The stylists here are good guys and dolls and they keep it fun and professional. Nothing more I can say, my hair looks great. 4/5 don't trust anyone who does their own hair stars. :)

Not sure what to make of this place. The front door was hard to find. When I got in the front door, there was no one to greet me. No one around to help. I came in at 5 on a Friday. All the doors were closed and stylists gone.
