They are always helpful and very professional and knowledgeable about the different professions. It's far better than sitting in Harry Homeowner/ Home Depot for two hours to get a box of screws lol !

They have a great selection and much better customer service than Home Depot. I needed a specific piece of LVL and they had it in stock that day. Saved me a couple hundred over getting a piece from Home Depot.
