Horrible delivery Experience! It feels like this furniture store is from another planet. It doesnot look like they are operating here in US where there are lots of laws that protect customers. Unbelievable!All our furniture supposed to be delivered on May 6 and I have been waiting at home until 2pm. On May 6, they neither brought the furniture nor notify me about the change. When I call the store, they apologized and promised to deliver every thing by May 10. On May 10, they brought only part of the orders. We called back to the store, they pretend as if they are not aware of the problem and apologized again and said, they are million times sure that all the items to be delivered by May 13.On May 13 they brought only one item and said nothing about the remaining orders. We called them several times, and no response. We will use all the legal ground to get back our money.All their actions seems a scam!
