I was very pleased with my move. Olympia came in and immediately went to work boxing up items and placing them on the truck. The workers were professional and friendly. It was the first time I moved, which was seamless, efficient and stress free. Anddd... I didn't have to do anything. Which was the best part!!
They exceeded my expectations!

I own a professional organizing company.
Needless to say we do a lot of moves. I always use Olympia! They are the best! This time my crew chief was Tyrone! Tyrone has been on a couple of other moves that I have done! He and his crew did an excellent job yesterday! We were downsizing an individual into an assisted living. Their patience, care and sensitivity went a long way! One of the many reasons why I continue to use Olympia! Whatever crew I get, they are always professional, efficient, and extremely conscientious!
This is probably why I use them all the time! Time is money, and these guys get it done!

We have moved many times and this was the most positive experience we have had with a moving company. Tyrone, TJ, and Jose were fantastic - they did an excellent job, took great care with our things, and were very friendly and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.

I recently used Olympia Moving, and I was very pleased with the experience. The office coordinator was extremely kind and answered any questions I had fairly quickly. The movers were friendly and were able to pack and unpack everything very fast while still being careful. I would definitely use Olympia Moving again and would recommend them to anyone looking for help moving.

Outstanding from end to end—the movers were courteous, efficient, and diligent. The contact personnel were responsive and helpful. This is my third move in three years: Olympia helped us move from DC to Alexandria, they did an outstanding job and for a fair price.

I’ve never written a negative review so this stinks and I feel like a Karen.
No stars if possible. ? DC location.
The two guys were “friendly”, of course, when they came in and were chatty. No mats were used to protect the carpet or the walls. One guy was being a bit rough and careless with our belongings. I understand they were in the groove of things and trying to be productive and get stuff into the truck, but at the same time… its all about respecting others property, as it’s literally their job. We boxed 95% ourselves prior to their arrival, so majority of their job was done for them. We even gifted one guy three lamps. This was all done out of kindness and not bribery, truly. When our delivery made it to our new home…
TV was stolen, broken various items, shoved random pieces unwrapped on top of boxes carelessly, and a ton of other items are missing. I do understand that damaged and missing items coming long distance can happen but this was quite a but again, due to carelessness. We transferred from DC to TX and they knew exactly what they were doing and pry on military families during transfer season. It’s not so much that they took materialistic items, more so lack of morals and the disrespect. Gave them an inch, they took a mile. It is very unfortunate because I don’t think this reflects the business as a whole, but it’s very upsetting.

Anthony, Thomas, and William were wonderful. They got multiple rooms fully packed and moved along with clothes in just 3 hours. Fantastic service and courteous employees!

Christian was a workhorse and very considerate of my belongings. He worked 7 hours straight packing my apartment by himself. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The Olympia moving crew was superb. I moved a dozen times during my military career and none of those moves were even close to the same league as the Olympia crew. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

My move with Olympia was very smooth. Their team from salles, office administration and the moving team were terrific. Efficient, available for questions and friendly. Moving can be very stressful experience but they made it seem effortless.

Exceptional service today from Olympia Moving & Storage with movers Rashad and TJ. I appreciated the call from Rashad an hour before arrival and they arrived right on time. They were courteous and organized. They treated our household items like it was their own and I knew my things where in good hands. They were efficient and their hard work made the moving process very easy for my family. I would 100% recommend them to others and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
