Would give 0 starts if I could. The customer service emails does not work and there is no way to contact higher ups. Be careful when buying shoes from them. They are on the floor and everybody is trying them which means if u ever want to exchange they will blame you for all the creases. They are overpriced.

Terrible. No workers, fitting room not available, Ethiopian manager was on a personal call on the floor while needing assistance. Heading to Wheaton mall because this store is awful. It’s dirty. They leave you to fend for yourself. Honestly I would give a zero start if I could

This location customer service is terrible. I never been so embarrassed EVER!! Last night on 9/10/21. I purchased an item. I noticed I had the wrong size. I walked back to the store, not even two mins later the doors were locked. The mall closes at 9. They locked the doors at 8:40pm. I had my 9 year old daughter with me. They refused to let me in for no reason. I was so confused. I only wanted to exchange the pants for the correct size. Online stated that the store closed at 9pm. A tall dark skinned man thought it was so funny, to refused a paying customer in the store before 9pm. I tried to explained to him, I just walked out the store and I really need to exchange the pants for work tomorrow, He walked away and turned his back to him. Laughing, like something is so funny. After laughing at me, he walked off and left me standing outside looking crazy. I got my receipt out the bag to show him the time, I really don't know why this stores thinks it okay to deliver this poor service to customers. His unwillingness, and nasty attitude was unacceptable. without customers this store wouldn't be able to continue run at all.

I don’t shop here often. But I needed a outfit for my 30th birthday I didn’t catch the girl name who assisted me but the dress I purchased fit me perfectly. I was a little nervous because I usually wear a XXL but this store only go up to a size Large. But the dress was stretchy material. Will definitely be back soon.

This retailer Has the nerve to be overpriced for cheap clothes that you could definitely find on the Internet. But not only that, the whole America is open now and they won't let you use the dressing rooms to try on clothes. But they say no refunds.

Fun clothing store! Helpful staff. Variety of styles for everyone. Concerning issue with this brand is their sizes tend to be rather small and doesn't cater to larger body types.
