“Murray’s diagnosed and fixed a problem caused by another auto shop. I was in a hurray for an oil change before going out if town and went to a large chain. After that chain changed my oil, the check engine light came on. They of course said it wasn’t them. I brought my car to Murray’s based on recommendations from folks in my neighborhood. They diagnosed the problem and determined that the other place put in the wrong oil filter. Very glad i went to Murray’s.”

“We had work done to a BMW a number of times and finally found this shop. They are fantastic. Bobby was so helpful and fast. We had the car towed there and he was so backed up but took us anyway. Told it would be a week or more to even look at the car but he ran the diagnostic test the same day it was dropped off within two days we got the car back. It's running better than it was when they bought the car. I definitely would recommend this and I will definitely be using them in the future. I will make sure that I make appointment ahead of time.”

Other shops either refused to do Tesla inspections or were too booked so close to the holidays. I was in and out within a couple of hours. I am eternally greatful. Well they do not work on those tops however they do all the mechanical repairs on my car including installing an engine. Reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable on E36 and older. “Motor World is a reliable, honest, quick and reasonably-priced automotive shop. I have used them for 8+ years for regular maintenance and repairs. Soon after having another mechanic install an alternator, my car suddenly stopped on the beltway. It was late in the evening and the shop I normally used was closed. AAA recommended having it towed to Motor World. I was shocked when Motor World made me aware that not only did I need an alternator, but that the one I just had installed was used, not new as I had been told and charged for. After making the other mechanic install a new one, Motor World agreed to re-inspect it at no charge. I have taken my car to Motor World thinking I had a major problem, and they diagnosed the issue as being minor and MUCH less cost than expected, and what the dealer would have charged. My Infinite is now 13+ years old and still purrs like a kitten. You can’t go wrong with Motor World.”

“Great service and friendly owners/staff. Came in to replace some parts and got what I asked without being upsold on unnecessary parts/services. The prices are good and favorable when compared to other shops (being much better than chain store prices). The parking is a bit difficult as there is little to no space on the shop grounds.”
