I had a pleasant experience at this salon today. The stylist was patient and fast taking out my locs while keeping my hair intact. It's also a very clean salon, I must say. I'll recommend this salon to anyone with natural hair ?Service: Dreadlocks

Well everybody good morning my name is Frank going to Nuniboujie Salon was a good choice made by me I have tried and tested many salons but the salon has got a very positive energy and it feels very good sitting on the chair when the entrepreneur, Mrs Alexander. The vibration is excellent at this place. She knows a lot about spiritual thoughts and meditation and she is good in her work and spending time at the salon is a very good thing and all you guys I suggest all of you to come and do your self-care that'll help you look smart , Beautiful and young again like me and I love this place and I recommend this place to everybody who is reading this only if you are there to experience it. The owner Robin did my girls hair and they loved it. You couldn't tell them nothing as they were shaking their heads to make the beads clap together.

Robin Davis is not only my stylist and haircare go to, she's also my trusted friend. The Nuniboujie Salon (as the name implies) is an experience. Haircare health and wellness is promoted from consultation thru styling. Robin takes pride in supporting her clients through their natural haircare journey like no other stylist that I've worked with. She is a rare gem and definitely worth your time and trust.

Very professional and I live the fact she is Covid prepared. Takes temps at the door as well as providing shoe coverings. She has splash guards around the wash bowl and sitting station which was very comforting to see. Would highly recommend!!

OMG OMG.. I wish I would have made this journey years ago. Once you sit in her chair it's a wrap. I received NEW Microlocs with extension. She educated me on the entire process and gave her recommendations. I am so glad I listened. I love my hair. if you want locs and have question, she got you. I absolutely loved the professionalism that I received from Robin. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the salon and the Covid restrictions that were in place such as shoe covers, masks and separation barriers. Robin retwisted my locs and educated me a lot during my appointment. She explained in great detail how I should take care of my locs. I actually came to Maryland visiting from Colorado and needed an emergency retwist! ? Robin graciously came in early to squeeze me in and I was so impressed that she took the time to do that for me. I will most definitely make an appointment at Nuniboujie anytime I'm in the DMV!!

I absolutely LOVE my hair. I opted for the "on the go" flat twists and couldn't be happier. Robin also did an assessment of my hair and recommended ways to improve my hair quality and retain length. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!
