I had an appointment on 3/5/24 with the pain management doctor they had no doctor there the nurse took our urine and said a doctor would call our prescription in it took the doctor four days to call the prescription in and then when you pick up the prescription the doctor shorted the medication by twenty pills so if you are looking for a pain doctor think twice before going to choice pain and rehabilitation center

I was there at Choice Pain Management. The building is always neat, elevators working. The facility itself ran professionally. I have no complaints.

I go here for my pain management I was told I have the right to go back to the doctor or N.P I choose to see I don't find it fair for any doctor to keep any patient for choosing who they want to see .Listen to the patient and do better.

The bank of America bank, has a great staff here! They're quick and thorough and make sure the customers understand their money. As an international student this is helped me to know and understand the financial aspects. They're led by a dynamic group of women, and I was super impressed and inspired to watch them go about their work! Its always my favorite part of visiting the bank. Thank you, BofA! :D
